一个朋友最近重病住院，医生一直查不到是什么病。知道这里高人多，请大家帮忙看看。以下是医院给病人家属的更新： Hi, the doctors are still trying to figure out what is wrong with xxx. They thought is was phenomena but have now ruled that out. They are continuing to run tests but just don't know yet. His white blood count is very high(usually means infection) but they can not find an infection anywhere. Also, his blood pressure is low. He has aches and pain in his joints and low strength. They will be doing a minor surgery next week to take a biopsy of his stomach. I wish I had better news but his spirts are good and he looks pretty good but he is still very sick. Hopefully the doctors can figure out what this is and treat it. 病人是老人，最近咳得很厉害。去医院看医生之后就被留在医院了。covid期间家人也不能探病，很是担心。谢谢大家了
病人慢性咳嗽，白佃胞高但无炎症，胃不舒服，关节疼痛， 血压低，疲乏无精神。将做胃活检和其他测试(可能是淋巴瘤检查）。
我的分析多种慢性病集中在一起，唯一紧急的是WBC high 的原因。 首先要排除药物原因：病人是否长服用阿司匹林止痛呢？病人是否 因为心血管问题自己注射肝素针呢？这两种药都能升高白细胞数。 排除淋巴瘤也很重要。
其他慢性病都不太好治，慢性咳嗽连病因都不容易找到，不同原因不同方法。胃和关节炎疹断容易，但治疗难，都要用药和调养一起来的。但好的方面就是慢性病要放宽心慢慢来，不要急，急也没用，很多时候必须改变原来的life style才行。
