给大家补充点背景 PA 2016原来是没有non-excuse absentee ballot voting的而且几乎没有early in person 绝大部分的人都是投票日去排队
后来在PA GOP想要取消“一键投票” DEM想要non-excuse mail in 他们达成了个deal 两边都觉得okay
结果2020 Covid来了 GOP觉得让出去的non-excuse absentee ballot在这个情况下可是亏大了
于是Trump现在打官司里面有一条是要求不允许用drop box来收集ballot....
