我有过撞车whiplash脖子疼的经历。有去过chiropractors 几个疗程。 自己在恢复方面通过游泳也有一定帮助。因为疼痛无法进行跑步等其他自己原来比较习惯的运动。水中运动应该不错。

如果要保险公司报销医疗费用的话，PT 等医疗不能停下太久，如果停了一个月以上的话，后面的可能不能报销。看看你所在的州，怎么样做最好。有的州可以用自己的健保先付，自己付 copay，接下来让自己车保险的 Pip 付到上限，Pip 可以付医疗费全额（健康保险还没讲价时的价）而不只是你自己 copay 的部分。再来是对方的车保付医疗费全额。
例如：你的医疗账单全额是$3,000，保险出了$2,500，你自己出了copay $500。假设你的 Pip 上限是$1,000，那么：
你的总开支： $500 你的总赔偿：$1,000 + $5,000 = $6,000
每个州的规定不一样，看车祸发生的州，你所在的州，及肇事者所在的州。

真的要去好好检查。我七年前被追尾，还好脖子的伤处理得当，但是手腕 因为冲击力，造成损伤，自己也没留意，还去超市买东西提重的袋子。现在用电脑鼠标电话haidhi经常疼，变成习惯性腱鞘炎， 最严重的时候手都提不起来。真的好好检查好好护理。保重。
