Gmail 公司邮箱，客户投诉发我邮件不回，但我的确没收到，有没有这种可能？

公司用的是gmail的邮箱。昨天客户发邮件给我说follow up几天前他发我的邮件。可是我的确没有收到那天的邮件。他已经投诉到老板那里。我觉得很委屈。请问各位同学，gmail是不是会有没收到邮件的可能。（我已经检查了垃圾邮箱，没有几天前的那封邮件）。我只想知道，gmail是不是有这个漏洞？
假设客户几天前发我邮件成功，昨天他接着上一份邮件Follow up， 这样的话昨天我收到的邮件里，第一封应该显示他的几天前的邮件，对不对？ 可是昨天他发的邮件并没有显示几天前的那封邮件，说明几天前他发的邮件并没有投送到我的邮箱，对不对？

我遇到过，买了个烤箱坏了，客服给我发了个新的，让我把旧的退回。说要给我发个邮件，里边有u快递退货条码，这个邮件我折腾好久从来没收到过。我怀疑gmail屏蔽了这个邮件

看spam folder，有可能被当spam自动从inbox移走了。

让他把邮件记录发过来 你照着搜搜看 确定没有就找公司it cc老板

去垃圾邮件里面翻翻看。 另外发送成功仔细检查他是不是邮箱地址写正确了？

只是用gmail的server， email address应该还是公司名的。不是[email protected]

昨晚刚发现一个被gmail坑的事情，折腾了一晚上。有我的错，也有它自己随便乱归类的错。我特意为了收那个邮件注册了一个gmail邮箱，结果还是错过了。

有可能客户没发出来 我之前出过类似问题 是mac自带的mail 我在另外一个备用电脑上发的 然后没发出去在outbox 我也没注意 就合上电脑好几天没开 过了几天也是follow up问人家 人家说没收到 我就看我常用电脑sent里没有 再看备用电脑躺在outbox里

这件事上，我对google 大失所望。连普通的一个邮件软件都搞不好。

I have a gmail account in the form of [email protected], but often got emails for [email protected]. I know I registered first (about 20 years ago), so the second person shouldn't even be allowed to register [email protected] because gmail does not distinguish the dot. I think it's a bug somewhere in the system.
Anyway it happened, and some of their emails keep being sent to my address. Those emails are actually important personal emails with booking info, phone number, etc. That person seems to live in east coast and often makes trips to Canada and Europe.. I tried to text that number and reply to some senders, warning them about the glitch, but never got any reply. I suspect those emails were sent to both addresses so the other owner never felt any email was lost.
I just hope my emails were not wrongly sent to the other address as well sometimes..

那个分类（primary，promotion之类）就是个残缺功能。如果你正在expect一个邮件，primary里找不到就得一通乱找，但最怕就是你根本没意识到有重要email被送达，却不在主信箱里。

我跟老师邮件往来就有老师没收到我的邮件的情况，我一般发稍微重要的邮件都会bcc给自己一份，我收到了，但是老师没收到。我们用的不是gmail。

经常收到和我的Gmail只差一个点的人的各种邮件

outlook有一阵好像也搞过替你分类那些重要的哪些不重要，找个邮件翻好几个文件夹，后来忘了是他们撤销了还是我自己关了这功能的

哇，可怕！我也听说gmail的地址是不管那些dot的，居然还有人能注册除了dot之外用户名相同的账号。。。

想起来两年我跳槽，跳槽几个月后前主管问我一个报告有没有处理。我说没有印象。我就试着登陆前公司邮箱（it居然没有删除我的信息），发现我根本没有收到。 原来那个人发到报告到部门邮箱，理论上部门每个人都会收到部门邮箱的邮件，但是那个邮件我就没有收到。

这是坑吧，还有公司用gmail邮箱的？？？

Is your email address with the dot? I have a similar situation but I hope my email (with the dot) is never sent to the one w/o the dot.

我曾经创建过一个邮箱，有dot,后来登陆发现我也能登录没有dot的邮箱。。。

Gmail address 里面的.是可以忽略的，你可加任意数量的.去登录你的gmail邮箱/账号，都能登上去
