是，这个我有记忆，北京奥运前后见到过新闻，说英国人觉得中国不需要foreign aid，最后一批也停了。
太早的事情不清楚 后来的一些援助主要是抗疟疾抗艾滋之类的fund
英国不直接掏钱之后。有一些fund是英国交给EU。然后EU和中国的scheme。
现在还有的合作项目不少是打着新能源旗号的。比如在中国建厂搞电池板啥的这种...性质不评价。
希望大家客观看待这种事情 某些人什么战争赔款论都搞出来了 真是瞎了

我在第一个贴里回了Jio一段话，过了一阵帖子被删。在第二个被删的帖子里又重新提起来，没两分钟贴子又被删。 我再提一次。 Jio引用了一段个2018年的报道，以此反驳其他网友说的中国从来不提MERCK超低价援助中国乙肝疫苗一事。 然而我在报道里看到一段话，大意是MERCK CEO 90年决定给中国援助，而后培训人员，安装设备，直至1993年可以量产。但这段历史并不为人知。

在英国有很多媒体法规 被澄清之后的一些misleading information再发表媒体会有麻烦
我赞同你呀。 不过， 现在我们在讨论为啥删主题， 然后你发个澄清， 比较容易让人误会那个被删的主题和你的澄清有关， 比较容易让没看过那楼的人，以为那楼在抹黑英国。 当然，我支持你在任何时候以任何理由发帖。 毕竟我们其他人发个贴很容易被删，比如我刚刚问为啥删英国援助中国的主题被删， 不到半小时就disappear了。 所以要珍惜你这样的大佬， 感谢你提供一个给大家发表意见的地方。
也不是赞扬英国人，只是大家普遍决定中国政府愚民政策，使得老百姓都变成“白眼狼”。 就像你施舍给乞丐，他反而认为你是因为怕他死在自己家门口。
Anyway 请大家以后不要说英国政府还在给援助了 你想说其他合作funding OK 但是援助的确没有了
OR 你说政府撒谎也可以
你们政府的声明不是也很清楚，只是取消了传统的对华援助。英国政府根本没说是取消了对华援助。
