但是,真的就,不咋好吃。我吃的好痛苦。
稍微好一点的,就是吃虾。吃鱼。这两种都可以做得很清淡但是不难吃。爱吃辣的可以用剁椒蒸鱼。非常好吃有味道,但是不增加多的卡路里。虾关键是新鲜,就会口感好,有清甜的味道。一次半磅的虾讲真吃完了也很撑很撑的。
再加上一堆蔬菜叶子沙拉。不撑都难。
Re金枪鱼罐头,刚刚早上刚做了一个Tuna melt sandwich(加上cheese真好吃啊),而且吃完饱腹感和满足感爆棚,一上午完全不饿,不想吃任何零食(其实连水都不想喝,因为太饱了:一片面包的金枪鱼奶酪三明治,一个煮鸡蛋,一杯牛奶和半个芒果)

一大块鸡胸,切成厚片后,放半包maggie的onion soup 粉末调料,和一些蛋黄酱一起拌匀,然后均匀抹在鸡胸上面,180度烤熟,特别好吃。。。
粉末和蛋黄酱放多少看口味,我一般做比较多,比如2个大鸡胸,就会放一包粉末,大概3大勺蛋黄酱,再烤。并不觉得很肥胖,倒是很香,吃了很有满足感,也不想再偷吃零食了
