NJ申请失业金后找到工作是不是不做weekly certify就可以了？

如果start date is Wednesday, 怎么领周一周二的失业金呢？

一般是按周算的吧。如果你某个周干了半天活，但是挣的超过了领取失业金的限额，你就领不到失业金了。

不符合标准拿的话自己只要 不certify就行了？不用通知州里自己找到工作了吧？

lz你多久批了可以certify了呢 ？ 我都填了 9个workday了， 还是pending 的状态

I think you need to. I vaguely remember during the weekly re-certification process, there was a question of if you had started a new job and when. I think that''s how they know you have landed a job. Oh yes, you do lose a couple of days of unemployment when you start in the middle of the week.

那就是找到工作了的那周还要certify但选找到工作的选项，然后所有的步骤填好再submit?我这个当时差不多一周左右批的吧

可以啊 每周工作不超过4天 金额不过504 都可以拿啊。你自己算算！我这里是纽约！
