睡前刷干净,用牙线漱口水,早上起来口气也很清新
睁眼就得找咖啡续命啊
哈哈,一样的,都还没起床洗脸刷牙,就要吃东西了,有点难以接受
当然是饭后刷牙。早上睁眼漱口就行了。睡觉一晚上哪来的那么多怪味。
好奇,为什么特别指出“早饭”,难道中饭(如果条件允许的话)跟晚饭都是饭前刷吗?

我听说晚上睡觉的时候因为嘴里不分泌口水,有很多细菌滋生,所以起床就刷牙,饭后漱口就好。
不知道对否,但是早上起床后嘴里味道不好,刷牙后感觉舒服些。

不是刷牙次数越多越好。因为刷太多会损伤牙龈,如果牙龈没有机会修复,会导致牙龈萎缩,年纪大了过早出现牙床流失,牙齿松动的毛病。
现在牙医一般不会建议刷三次,如果实在需要,一般都是用专门处方的漱口水在午饭,晚饭后清理。

这个牙医界一直有争议,因为到底是食物中的酸对牙齿损伤厉害,还是细菌转化糖变成的酸对牙齿损伤厉害。如果细菌厉害,当然应该立刻把糖从牙齿上去掉,不让细菌有机会把它们变成酸。一般认为,现代人吃糖(碳水)很多,所以还是刷掉遗留的碳水,让细菌无法繁殖产生酸比较靠谱。另外,现代社会因为含氟牙膏的普遍使用,绝大多数的人的牙釉质都很坚固,而很多人要担心牙龈的问题。刷牙很多时候不是为了防止龋齿,而是为了保护牙龈,防止牙结石。
