Perhaps even better when mindfully defined quota is allocated to non-graduates and/or semi-skilled applicants who are ambitious and determined to learn on-the-fly. Probably, company sponsored courses should be also provided. imo，也许确实是迈向MAGA的重要一步！ 如果将认真定义的配额分配给有抱负并决心即时学习的非大学和/或半熟练的申请人，则可能会更好。 可能还应该提供公司赞助的课程。
