CORONAVIRUS SURVIVORS 'PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED' FROM JOINING U.S. MILITARY
A memorandum from the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM) says applicants who have previously tested positive for the COVID-19 novel coronavirus won't be allowed to serve in the armed forces, according to Military Times.
The Military Times says the authenticity of the memorandum has been verified by the Pentagon.
"During the medical history interview or examination, a history of COVID-19, confirmed by either a laboratory test or a clinician diagnosis, is permanently disqualifying," the memo reads.
This ban applies uniquely applies to coronavirus survivors while allowing applicants with histories of other viral, non-chronic illnesses to enter the military.

也就是说这是个特殊规定，新冠病毒携带者不能参军，但是其他类似的非慢性病毒携带者可以。
感觉还是谨慎些比较好。
那这个covid-19 waiver好不好拿？
军队里一传染一窝也是考量因素。 你看看美军那个航母上，800还是上千军人阳性？ 一个航母上一共才多少人，要不是后来隔离了，一个航母的官兵谁也跑不了，全阳性，而且用不了多久。
Case by case，也可能会随时间变化。和应征者的身体状态有关，也和医学对这个病毒的认识程度有关

突然想起来这个病毒据说会影响生殖系统。是不是走群体免疫的国家或者一些喜欢party的种族感染之后生育率会降低导致人类composition发生变化？？？细思恐极。。。
然后加速人造子宫和人工婴儿科技的发展，导致人类和人造人的世界大战？
应该就是这个，随时可以转阳，这就要命。

新闻说的很清楚是 interim guidance，所以目标还是应对眼前的传染，并不能说明更多。

covid 复阳率5-15%。
至少在清楚对covid 研究后，有确定结论后才能定 患者能不能参军，28天是及其不负责任的做法。当然说终身也是为时过早。
