UPMC and University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine researchers were able to act quickly because they laid the groundwork during earlier coronavirus epidemics.
Scientists also use a new approach to deliver the drug, called a microneedle array, to increase potency. This array is a fingertip-sized patch of 400 tiny needles that deliver spike protein pieces into the skin, where the immune reaction is the strongest.
The patch goes on like a Band-Aid, and the needles, which are made entirely of sugar and protein pieces, simply dissolve into the skin.

I highly doubt this is a murder for personal reason. He probably had important information from CCP and CCP is trying to mute him. It's not hard for CCP to hire killer and then kill the killer after the job is done. CCP is very good at hiding their crime trail.

一位正在研究新冠病毒并且接近“非常重大发现”的美国华裔科学家，突然被爆在家中遇害身亡！头部、颈部和身体都有致命枪伤！
目前案件正在调查当中，但是一家中文网站上贴出的猛料，网友推测，此命案可能属于情杀。
根据哥伦比亚广播公司CBS报道，37岁的华裔科学家刘冰（Bing Liu,音译），5月2日在宾州Ross Township的家中遇害。
当警察赶到时，发现刘冰的头部、颈部和身体都有致命的枪伤。
而在他家附近的车子里，另有一名男子疑似举枪自戕而死。
警方怀疑这是一起谋杀自杀案。并勾勒出大体情节是——
受害者和凶手两人互相认识。当天，凶手开车停到刘冰家附近，冲进他家中，对着独自在家的刘冰猛开多枪，直到刘冰倒地身亡。
随后，凶手回到自己车上，拿起枪对准了自己的头，扣响扳机……
案件的爆发瞬间引发世人关注。
因为刘冰的身份，在这个时间点上出事使得案件变得不同寻常。
刘冰是美国匹兹堡大学医学院（University of PittsburghSchool of Medicine）的研究助理教授。
5月2日，该医院网站表示，“刘冰在解构新型冠状病毒感染的细胞机制及并发症的细胞基础研究，即将有重大突破。”
刘冰还被描述为“杰出的研究者和导师。”“整个科学界将会感受到他的损失。”

警方则表示，刘冰遇害当天，妻子并不在家。
网络爆料真实难断，但生命却是确确实实救不回来了。

以前在那里看到过有个男的老婆给个开诊所的中医医生打工，那个中医和她出轨，后来女的要和她老公离婚。她老公带着刀去找医生算账，上演手刃西门庆的故事。。。好像男的是山东人，有古风。。。想不起来是哪年在哪里了，好像是在加州？
