医生都是往最坏的情况说的，娃的可塑性很强，一定要早干预，找专业的PT OT高强度干预，在家多练习，效果会很好。不过光靠学区的早期干预是不够的，最好是医院的medical PT OT 之类的效果更好一点

我算是业内人士，和MM分享些信息：
1. 脑瘫（CP）恢复的情况和功能障碍的程度以及是否有其他并存情况（例如智力，情感，感觉等等）有关。宝宝现在还很小，要立刻判断预后很困难，现在不要太心急。
2.早期干预肯定有帮助，PT，OT，还有speech都需要。宝宝应该qualify medicaid,如果还有私人保险更好。
3. 和case manager密切联系early intervention，每个州政策不同，但确诊的话应该可以qualify，这样therapist 可以上门服务。如果你们自己保险不错的话，还可以同时set up outpatient PT/OT/speech service,让孩子得到更多的治疗机会。
4.找reputation 好的therapist, 有board-certified specialist for Pediatrics PT 最好，没有的话也尽量找口碑好的，好的 therapist 可以帮到很多。
5. 做好长期抗战的准备，先设小小的短期目标，不要给自己和家人太大压力。美国社会对这些孩子的支持还是相当好的。
