He's openly mentioned his conversations with Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Biden also speaks frequently with California Sen. Kamala Harris, a source familiar with the conversations said.
