病人不敢来，你复工了他们就敢来了？？哎 这个真无解
每个人对风险有不同的理解，你以为就你聪明？
再说，这个很难理解吗？如果你不幸是四万死亡者里面的一个，相对美国人口来说很渺小，对你和你的家庭来说是100%。急着复工的人是看到死亡率很小，赌自己不是这死亡人数的一个。如果到时候有人复工却因新冠而死，如果这个人是你，你确定你临死前不后悔吗？
你要是100%确定自己不会得病，更不会成为最后几万人之一，每天尽管出门，没人拿枪盯着你。
被政府认定是essential企业。还有少数员工回办公室维护设备、线路、收发货等等。
这次也是奇了。照例说生病看医生是刚需，不受影响，而且病毒加持，医疗应该业务更好。
结果病毒一来，大家连医生也可以不看了，想不通。这么来看美国医疗占20% GDP真的是虚高啊。

湾区很小。人肉风气很坏。行业上算前列的吧。就是对员工抠门，穷。所以感觉公司活十年也没问题。希望十年内能超过FAANG之中的一家。
联邦政府建议non elective procedures不让来，这一项活活把不少医院拖死。加上最近媒体渲染，估计有些病人（比如癌症）觉得自己免疫力低，被病毒吓得要死，宁愿死在家里，也不愿来医院。大概是觉得医院上下全是病毒来了就是送死。其实我们州不是灾区。
疫情期间，很多人都比较注重饮食，注意锻练身体，因为不能看医生了。疫情过后就难说了

我觉得行，医生不让看了，最后都自己在家里吃点药解决。
因为很多很多Procedures都是可有可无的。原来医生和医院都会鼓励这些来盈利的。。。。

医生就是商人，去年被我OB哄着做了些没必要的检测和手术花了小一万刀，今年又哄我做，吓到了自己开始研究，然后问了2nd，3rd opinions，根本不用干任何事。我跟她说了我的研究她还生气了，我跟老美说些自己的见解，老美医生都很open minded，鼓励我多了解。
还是国内来美国的外F，因为说中文垄断华人的生意，真不是东西。国内二十年前的医科生好多学渣，医学院也垃圾，缺乏人文关怀教育。现在不知道能不能好点。

美国医疗体系和医生热衷鼓励手术赚钱，比如换关节，从肩膀换到到髋换到膝盖，其实鼓励减肥锻炼physical therapy等保守治疗也可以解决问题，但赚不到钱啊。

很多可能转virtual visit了。我们跑医院少，定的是highdeduction plan， virtual visit 都不花钱。但平时感冒一次去看医生开药都要一百多一次。

其实这次把美国的医院管理问题暴露无遗。从不允许戴口罩，到大量裁员和降薪医护。医院真的应该少点商业化。
医院还是垄断行业，有时候想与其让大财团垄断还不如政府垄断，虽然政府垄断也有许多毛病，但医疗不是纯粹商品，不能纯粹商业运作。

医院这个垄断集团谁都动不了。。。。利益太大。疫情后垄断只会更加厉害因为小医院都要倒闭。政府真的应该救救小医院。
医院的浪费是极其严重的。很多时候都有更便宜的alternative但是为了利益都选贵的。都靠这些贵的手术养一堆人（包括股东）。现在只能接受利润低的当然会撑不住啊。

不奇怪，这在每个国家都是如此 除了跟新肺有关的第一线医护，中国90%的医护第一季度的薪水都下降了，很多只有基本工资没有了绩效奖金 很多非emergency的病人都得不到救治，只能眼睁睁看状态恶化 微博上一些非第一线的医护大V在几个月里一直在呼吁重开诊断重开手术，可惜大部分公立医院到现在还没有放开，一些莆田系私立医院反而趁机发了财 很多非新肺需要其他治疗的病人尤其是癌症需要手术的病人在微博上求救，可惜声音都被淹没在了疫情的大潮里，原本可能5年10年生存率还很有希望的他们哪怕死去，也是不会被计入这次的死亡数量的
今年太难熬了。 才一两个月，公司一个个的chapter11，想复工也没有customer，不知道以后能有多少活下来。
能说英文的为啥一定要找老中医生呢？周围几乎都是这样的。大家都可找可不找，他们才会提高服务质量啊。
