和我感觉完全反了，美国长大的教授大多好像真的对工作有兴趣，态度方法都很端正。而非发达国家过来的往往一拿到tenure就以出去赚钱为目标了，如果没钱可赚那就混日子。其实公司也一般如此，华人工程师天天网上说自己厉害，其实大多是混日子而已，最多为涨薪去刷题比较厉害
