Effects of Air Temperature and Relative Humidity on Coronavirus Survival on Surfaces
Assessment of the risks posed by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (SARS-CoV) on surfaces requires data on survival of this virus on environmental surfaces and on how survival is affected by environmental variables, such as air temperature (AT) and relative humidity (RH). The use of surrogate viruses has the potential to overcome the challenges of working with SARS-CoV and to increase the available data on coronavirus survival on surfaces. Two potential surrogates were evaluated in this study; transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) and mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) were used to determine effects of AT and RH on the survival of coronaviruses on stainless steel. At 4°C, infectious virus persisted for as long as 28 days, and the lowest level of inactivation occurred at 20% RH. Inactivation was more rapid at 20°C than at 4°C at all humidity levels; the viruses persisted for 5 to 28 days, and the slowest inactivation occurred at low RH.

SO TRUE. 的确是这样。不过,中国上班人员,特别食品人员,其实是严格检测的。平时没有检测所有传染病的证书,都不让上班,不要说疫情期间。

呵呵,居然还要证明病毒在冰箱里不会死。做实验保存病毒的方法就是-80度冰箱,-80度只是为了最大限度保存。-20度,4度,都差不多的。
我以前只听说过许多病毒在干燥常温下,都会死亡, 24度。 这次新冠,需要65度+,30分钟才能杀掉,我估计冰箱冷冻那块,新冠病毒是能长久保存的。
没准还做了色拉
那以后买来的肉也喷喷酒精,洗干净再塞冰箱,这总安全吧?

要不然就买回来的肉全都直接进锅里煮到熟透,严格消毒案板水池台面。
不吃小炒肉,只吃回锅肉,不吃鲜肉包,只吃酱肉包,不吃牛排,只吃卤牛肉,炖牛肉

都买切好的肉片,回来后,包装都用wipe擦一次然后进冰箱,全部是都是火锅。
一点问题都没有。
那个是培养的单个细胞,我们都是放专门盒子,倒异丙醇,放-80过夜再转液氮。动物tissue要保存完整RNA是直接液氮冷冻。

其实到现在,cdc,who官方对covid19 in vitro的生存时间都没有定论。

擦鼻涕不洗手 是平时的问题吧,没有新冠也不能这样啊。
如果说工人感染,咳嗽把病毒散到肉上。那这个威胁也算是比较小的。病毒在猪肉牛肉上面也活不久,也没谁会生吃肉类,锅里炒5分钟病毒肯定死光。。
要注意的是大家做饭的时候肉拿出来先洗干净。
这篇文章说的病毒模拟生存环境是从4度开始往上走。但是冷藏环境是要专门模拟的。所以我前面专门问了是摄氏0度,RH30-35这个条件。这篇文章还说了,即使是4度条件下,sarscov最长生存时间也就是28天,哪里来的永久?
我看的是你回mindstrom的回帖;人家说肉臭了之前,100%不会死。虽然100%有点过于绝对,但是肉放冷藏室28天不会臭么?
‘负责任的说,新冠病毒,如果在肉上,放入-20冰箱,直到你想吃起来吃之前,100%不会死。
如果在4度冰箱,在肉上,我认为在肉臭了之前,100%不会死。
所以,只要真的在肉上,病毒(在你吃的时候)是不会死的!

其实我是连同前面一堆ID来回的。你看这几个id,只提温度没提RH就知道他们是外行,因为只要学过病毒学,in vitro的生存率RH指标是一个很重要的指标。covid19现在具体的in vitro生存时间都没定论,所以官方只能建议老百姓在食品外包装消毒做预防。
03年国内对紫外线环境针对sarscov做个研究,那个研究表明uv杀冠状病毒效果不错,可以参考
没有文献,你不会用你生物学common sence来决定么?新冠无非就是一个蛋白壳里藏了段RNA,所有生物sample,不都是越低温保存越久,这需要有争议么?你还是好好把本科biochemistry课本再拿出来读读,顺便看一下蛋白质的变性方法。比你在这秀你的biomedical background来的实际。

其实武汉华南市场,早期死了许多专门跟牛肉,羊肉储藏相关的商贩,虽然华南名字是海鲜市场,但也有很多肉类的储藏
