不知道是不是也属于临床试验？
brand-name还在双盲，没被批准呢。山寨倒是估计已经广泛在用了
意大利原文提都没提这是中国产的，也没说有效。 中文新闻强调中国造，又说有效，大概又是国内翻译他国新闻的时候，添油加醋加来自high的。
看不懂这个逻辑，提不提中国产很重要吗？包装上写的是中文，难道是美国产的套了中文包装？

这件事我觉得伦理上可以理解，法律上不支持，中国并没有大肆宣扬，吉利德也没有较真，大家就不要看个乱七八糟的中文标题就义愤填膺了。
换做你自己是重症病人，你愿意用山寨药，还是等结果出来用正品，估计还没等到药就挂了。
就算在美国，都没有把握自己能用上药不是吗？大家还是争取努力抗到4月出结果吉利德药物量产，不然要是万一感染了转重症，在美国连山寨药都用不上。

现在virus全球大流行，当传播到非洲还有一些小国的时候，几个人用得了正版药。本来这个药就只有重症有必要用，再加上这是传染病，救急最重要。等疫苗一出来，根本这个药就没啥市场了，Gilead现在就应该从伦理出发，拯救全世界，跟各国政府搞好关系，寻求长远发展。否则疫情发展的迅速，根本等不及这些程序正义，重症的病人都死光了，即便揭盲确实有效，他们这个药实际也没有任何市场了，还要背负全球骂名，还不如释放专利让全球患者使用。作为一个普通人，我希望所有的普通人感染成重症时有药可用，而不是由于专利什么的绝望等死。

药厂是美国最不受欢迎的企业之一，因为普通民众对药价一向不满意。这个twitter里面说的$50-100/person这个价钱，先不说是不是胡诹，就算真是这个价，简直太良心了。拿舆论胁迫药厂免费给药，以后必定会药荒。
先不说药厂免费不免费，中国不供给原料药的话，美国所有药都会药荒，老川跑印度去不就是怕美国断药吗？再说这是一个急性传染病，不像平时的慢性病，本身gilead就赚不了什么钱的，疫苗一出更加没市场，这么拖着一定要等临床试验揭盲才能用，所有重症都死光了，更别提传到非洲那些第三世界落后国家，到时候会死多少人了。我就是普通民众，我怕我用不上药，我也确实对高价药有意见，生命垂危的时候，仿冒的我也愿意先用，所以我支持美国的普通民众和世界上所有普通民众先用上药，你要是大药厂代表或者是某位权贵保证自己得病可以用到药，可以继续坚持给药厂代言。
中国要这么拿原料药做筹码，中国制药CMO的前景会很不乐观。没人会吃二道亏，原料药逐步分散到其他国家已是定势。 Gilead现在是stock pile可以支撑一阵，希望在用完之前能解决量产问题。
