现在因为这个人昨天就通知了600个人在家隔离，包括他犹太教堂的人。
今天估计好要加更多的人隔离。
update:律所的人已经在被检测了。

那所犹太中学也一样。
邻居小孩上的犹太小学停一天，因为不是直接暴露，我估计在等测试结果出来。目前有大约1000人在家隔离。

拖得太久了
他本身有呼吸道疾病，我猜是哮喘之类的，所以发病了也没多想，后来是他那的医院治不好，转到NYP 我猜那里的医生才怀疑是新冠的。

这个主要就是传染性强。国内前线医生都说传染性比SARS强，致死率没SARS高。但是如果基数大的话死人也很可观。国内控制住是因为湖北封城，封省。其他地方一例确诊封楼封小区。令可错杀绝不放过。美国这边有测密切接触者么？有调查流行病学么？什么都没有爆发是迟早的事，除非病毒变得温和了。

纽约这边有infection detective 作，两个方向：溯源，找他可能在哪得的，和找他的接触者。昨天就找着600号人了。
我还想人家这network 真大。我要是确诊了接触者不超过10个。

做火车上下班的，接触的人数都数不清，包括好几个星期里一起等车的，同一个车厢的
找到人要有效隔离才行。如果隔离的人还能和隔壁似的去party，那就是个笑话。
那些肯定都没算进这几百号人里，太多了。
隔离了可能也不行，这个人接触的范围太广了，总有漏网之鱼。大家还是宅些比较好。

纽约的高峰期的地铁真是恐怖。。。。。。乌泱乌泱全是人。一个豪放的不加掩饰的喷嚏可以喷射到十几个人身上毫不夸张。
这个病致死率不低，h1n1的致死率是千分之一二的数量级，这个是百分之二左右来着。根本不能和普通流感甚至甲流之类的放在一起比。
目前看这个比流感严重程度高太多
上班的，吃饭的，客户反而好找，有名有姓，因为他那律所就是个小公司，估计也没几号人。
坐火车的，和他教堂的，还有他儿子大学的，他女儿中学的这才是吓人的。
Grand Central 也非常挤啊，人贴人也常有，密闭空间有可能传染人又带去了各大公司。然后各大公司又有住大纽约三角区的同事，说不清了。
而且新冠需要住院治疗的重症率有20%，大面积感染的话，很快就把一个地区的医疗系统搞奔溃了
