有给孩子用multifocal contact lenses的姐妹吗

FDA 在去年年底批准了一款multifocal contact lenses，说是可以控制儿童近视，效果和OK镜相仿，

请问有给孩子用multifocal contact lenses的吗， 大家能展开谈谈吗

FDA approves first contact lens indicated to slow the progression of nearsightedness in children

For Immediate Release:November 15, 2019
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved the first contact lens indicated to slow the progression of myopia (nearsightedness) in children between the ages of 8 and 12 years old at the initiation of treatment. The MiSight contact lens is a single use, disposable, soft contact lens that is discarded at the end of each day, and is not intended to be worn overnight.
“Today’s approval is the first FDA-approved product to slow the progression of myopia in children, which ultimately could mean a reduced risk of developing other eye problems,” said Malvina Eydelman, M.D., director of the Office of Ophthalmic, Anesthesia, Respiratory, ENT and Dental Devices in the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health.

我家女儿在用。我们用了CRT不行，改用multi focal contact lenses

我家小孩在用，也是因为CRT不行，感觉作用不大

我家才用了2个多月，据女儿说戴着舒服，但有没有效果，还得时间来验证。不加深度数就好

我们孩子用了两年多了，控制地非常好。以前带 OK镜，把眼睛划伤了。后来一个眼科医生(MD)同事说，眼科医生都是非常反对用 OK镜, 然后给我看了一篇当时最新的文章，显示 multifocal contact lenses对控制近视有效。然后让配镜医生给开的，一下省好多钱，效果也好，还不用担心睡觉时眼镜损伤眼睛。

我们用的 cooper vision 的.

那是不是成人也可以用？

这些包括OK镜阿托品都是视光学师搞来的乱七八糟没有什么真实作用的骗钱的东西，眼科医生都不会搞这些的东西。阿托品散瞳都是中国做的实验，好了也就0.5个d到一个D的作用，一停药视力马上加剧进展。而且阿托品本身是一个非常复杂的药物，很难想象做家长的舍得把自己的孩子眼睛成年累月的dilate做后人的小白鼠。 孩子的近视开始都会比较快，到一定年龄就会稳定，不再进展。

楼上别乱说噜好嘛… 阿托品新加坡台湾美国都在做，你说的大剂量反弹老黄历了，现在小剂量这种情况大大改善了。 近视原理是还有待了解，但是bifocal contact lens的原理一定程度上也是有动物实验和临床试验数据支持的... 目前还没有特别有效的方法，而且个体差异性比较大，如果我是家长经济上能接受就会试试看。反正你也要戴眼镜的不是…这种隐形和普通隐形根本就没差几个钱，搞不好对孩子特别有效长期用下来真的就减轻了几度呢。
