看朋友圈有人发的中方解释说不是中国政府捐的，是在菲华人社团捐赠，菲政府一概称为中国政府。至于是怎么个逻辑推断，还是自己搜原文看吧，实在无力吐了
人家菲律宾网站上分的很清楚，政府和华人团体
我国内的同学不信。说更可能是菲律宾政府写错了。把中国华侨社团误写成中国政府了。看来很难叫醒啊。
我的国内同学也是这样，他们是不会信的！
有些同学然后又转发什么美国没有实际援助的东西，估计心里讨厌我呢！
强烈要求中国政府去跟菲律宾政府抗议菲政府的造谣行径。希望菲政府修正官网对中国捐赠口罩的错误报道，被对所犯错误沉痛道歉。

The Chinese government has donated a total of 200,000 surgical masks amid a reported shortage in light of two reported cases of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the country, Malacañang on Sunday said.

嘛什么嘛，先考虑在一线搏命的医护人员得需要是不是更正常。
一开始也是痛恨痛骂那个苏贞昌，现在居然觉得他还是有点远见的
之前还有很多五毛讽刺美国撤侨先考虑“外交官”，我心想，要是中国能也先保护为自己国家做事的人多好，至少能保证这些在一线冒死救人的医生有口罩带。
征用不是个例，所以国务院前天说不允许地方政府截留征用。但有啥用哦，我校友会的口罩被大理征用的，拿着国务院的新闻文件找大理要，人家回复说1 他们的口罩不属于文件中针对医用战略物资，2他们已经用了那批口罩。老百姓能干啥？无奈。
