老二一月份就一岁,似乎对什么都不过敏,现在一直母乳,但我产量已减到原来一半,而且不想上班还要花时间泵奶。本来我打算一岁就断奶,直接上鲜奶,但老师最近说,他吃那种很多cheese的辅食,比如earth's best的cheese spaghetti,就会很多很臭的屁,明显是消化不好。
我担心一岁以后直接喝牛奶会不会出现不耐受,腹泻,甚至湿疹。并且喝奶粉也是一样吧,都是短期内给肠胃大量酪蛋白,可能会overload。或许我早晚还是可以母乳,那白天呢,一岁的小孩最少喝多少奶就够了?或者不喝奶,给酸奶呢?他吃酸奶又容易返酸,而且我只测试过一天给4 oz酸奶,没试过更多奶制品。

嗯嗯,我刚又查了,一岁小孩喝2-3个8oz的。到时不泵以后,我早晚母乳加起来看看有木有一个8 oz吧 >_<
这样在幼儿园喝8oz就可以了,或者4oz奶,4oz酸奶,加些cheese。
蛋白质可以从其它食物补充,钙的话,看看要不要补点额外的。植物奶如果有添加钙也是可以考虑的。
