替活人说话（当然不是说朱令死了）我是同意的，当然利益相关也是有可能的。 我也不认为我说的认识的那个人是涉案的，但她的确很明确的偏袒孙维，说孙维不会做出这样的事情。
只要现有的facts能outline a narrative 就可以有开展的基础 investigative journalism 是一个过程 包括更深入的 fact-finding 当事人是否接受采访 都是narrative 的一部分 更何况受害人和父母都在世

这个就跟前面有人说sw一伙不会蠢到在网上讨论一样，谁知道若干年后有被爆出来是相关人士，愚蠢的泼脏水
记得天涯的高楼有提到，qh图书馆有关ta毒的的资料，提取到sw的指纹，是讲中毒的后果部分。就算这个暂且存疑，我相信警察有很多证据，当年环境相对单纯，又是反复投毒，不信警察破不了案
她知不知道这毒很容易解？
她们当时课上有没有讲过？
按理说出于任何原因下毒
除非目的是想把朱令彻底除掉
后面看到事情闹大了
出于害怕+基本的人性也应该想办法把这个解药的信息传递出去啊

没有证据可不就是瞎猜疑
警察有证据那是两码事
这个事情很多来自各方面的阴差阳错的“失误”
造成这种严重的后果也不知哪些是人为操纵的
哪些是“不幸”+偶然因素+其它人的漠视
清华当时不重视
没有及时保护现场和报警
导致关键证据缺失
因为相关人员的无能失职
或者考虑学校声誉的因素
不允许及时的做出反应
想大事化小 小事化无都有可能
寝室失窃
后来收集的其它什么证物放在教务处还是哪
还因为着火？反正是也给搞没了
