我的经验是11月中旬最好，当然要看冷得早还是晚，冷得早的话要提前。 最好的地方是Sonoma, 不少地方是漫山遍野的红叶黄叶， B.R. 然后从北边绕回Napa，Napa的攻略到处都是。不知在哪看到的，最好的法餐不在法国，而是在Napa（还看到说，最好的中餐在旧金山呢，纯瞎说）。Napa的法餐要提前很久订位。
