直接转发给老板,问是不是他的安排?他就会回答,A,是的,请你教一下这个新人。B。不是,那你自己随意处理。
你就说需要know your audience,因为跟大老板汇报肯定要提纲挈领,讲讲困难升华下感悟顺便领你该得的credit;如果是这个新同事要接手以后继续维护,那你肯定要多讲细节,而且没必要耽误这么多经理的时间。
可以啊发invite请老板也来你给一个presentation

如果是小年轻自己用这个词,你就大度一点。小年轻如果这么不懂事,以后会有人给他上课的。
Review your work 感觉是上级对下级啊,discussion 比较neutral, or review of xxx analysis, 也还好。所以转发给老板听听他的口气就知道了

小年轻可能就是set up这个meeting 这么多senior的人 review一下project呗 如果心里不爽 就问一下小年轻 他的expectation是啥review的目的是啥 别的senior的expectation是啥 趁机问清楚到底是谁review 如果是这个小年轻自己的idea要review别人都不一定参加 不爽就找机会说没时间往后拖。。。 告诉他don't worry everything is on track。。。

这个回复好!先问问对方动机是什么。同时可以给对方老板写一个email,cc给自己老板,就问收到了这个同事email,问问有什么需要帮忙的?如果是team之间合作的project,具体什么计划安排

还没到这一步了,先发制人是一个好方法,但是也要看你上司是什么态度。
见过一个印巴那里小时候来米国的年轻女直接自己要review国女senior manager的某某东西, 被直接kick back, 说有啥问题我可以help之类lol
还真的有 只有你想不到。。

如果是这种习以为常的code review lz应该不至于这么气吧。。
我们也是。尤其是别的部门原先负责的code,肯定要别的部门的人都看一下,至少礼貌性的会邀请他们review。不过LZ的工作性质也许不一样,不是码工。码工的话太正常了。我自己小年轻的时候也review过元老的code。元老还很高兴,觉得是fresh eyes。
