我前一段在BBB上投诉UA，屁事都不管。感觉航空公司完全不CARE乘客，反正本质是垄断，航线垄断，不得不坐
同。我是UA 1K。上次被一个黑人乘务员严重其实。身边的老美都看不过去。说我帮你申诉。结果电话UA居然不搭理我。
最垃圾公司。没有之一。
万恶的UA。。。建议大家遇到事情就给BBB和当地的CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY留言，虽然不管用，但是积累起来也好啊。我就盼着有律师出面搞个CLASS ACTION呢，烦死UA了
