I made the contribution today to show appreciation of Senator Perdue's no vote on S386. I hope Senator Perdue will continue to vote no on this bill until all the ICC cheaters get filtered out first. This country needs great technical talent, not a bunch of fraudulent cheaters who are good at nothing but nepotism, and crowd out the true talents from coming to work for this country.
Shown Here: Introduced in Senate (02/07/2019) Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019
This bill increases the per-country cap on family-based immigrant visas from 7% of the total number of such visas available that year to 15%, and eliminates the 7% cap for employment-based immigrant visas. It also removes an offset that reduced the number of visas for individuals from China.
The bill also establishes transition rules for employment-based visas from FY2020-FY2022, by reserving a percentage of EB-2 (workers with advanced degrees or exceptional ability) and EB-3 (skilled and other workers) visas for individuals not from the two countries with the largest number of recipients of such visas. Of the unreserved visas, not more than 85% shall be allotted to immigrants from any single country.

Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019。 2 send your message as urgent.
Hello, my name is XXX. I’m calling 【urgently to ask the senator XXX to oppose Bill S.386 — Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019】.
This bill will harm the US tremendously in diversity and equality. Please vote NO on the bill and call for a public hearing! Thank you.
This bill directly ruins racial and gender diversity and introduces tons of outsourcing jobs. It will also severely harm American universities because international talents will FLEE to other countries.
