有没有投行业内的MM来纯粹八卦一下,ED应该是很高的职位了吧?不知道一年BASE+BONUS能拿多少?
当然也有江平那种,年入一亿美金的。
华尔街中国人做到了MD的,不多,屈指可数。
平均下来差不多十个小时吧,这个在投行里算是不错的了
投行里正常流程 Analyst Associate VP Director MD (Partner), MD以上就是各个business line的leader了

高盛不太一样。managing director 才是真的director,地位和收入都很高。再上去就是partner了。
因为要看部门吧,back office md也没人拿当神仙
也对。只是收入高,贡献大。不见得地位高管人多。基本上越front office的越吃香,越有曝光率。
投行里有很多工作机会呀,最累最传统主要是sales & trading 和 investment banking, 这两个可能难一些。还有Risk, Global Research, Finance, Compliance, Control, 再有IT & Operations 更庞大收入也很客观。现在IT部门都in charge of machine learning & AI, 那预算大把大把的,是business line根本比不了呀
就像刚才有同学说的,买方(各种基金,投行通常被定义为卖方因为卖各种产品给基金)机会也很多,常常中国人upside更大,因为毕竟是PNL重要。
Asset Mgmt 也是大的部门算投行,Private Wealth 收入也很大但我觉得有的算是commercial bank

高盛亚洲那几个office HK SH有ED,职位在VP之上MD之下。美国这边VP之后直接MD。
你有本事自己做到就知道了。

我是跟自己说的。
这行是个苦力活,入行需谨慎。跟付出相比,这点钱除去股票部分和税,真的剩不下什么。大部分人没想着长久做也做不下去。真当事业做,要做很多牺牲。当然每个各行各业各业都适用就是了。
楼上说高盛没有ed的看来都不是银行前台的,或者很久没在这行干活了。高盛是没有vp,所有的vp都叫ed...
说的蛮在理。 其实从前的base没这么高,是这几年调整的,因为金融危机后欧洲要对雇员的bonus分开收重税,所以为雇员利益考虑全球性投行索性提高base。
