提醒注意一下。 The Wisconsin statute of limitations is typically three years for personal injuries. Wis. Stat. Ann. § 893.54(1m)(a) (2016).
律师应该保证客户的最大利益，应该有义务推动DA investigation, 如果毫无进展，考虑换掉。找一个更加aggressive 的律师吧。
