Original question/request: I just purchased a yearly subscription yesterday, so I won't get my physical moviepass card until 2 weeks later. Two international movies I want to see at a local AMC theatre are only there for a limited time, so they won't be there when I get my card. Unfortunately, the AMC theatre doesn't support e-tickets. In this case, can I purchase the tickets out of my own pocket BEFORE I get the moviepass card, and request a refund after I get the card? If this is impossible, how can I see the movies while I have my yearly subscription but haven't received the physical card - any ways you could suggest? I really want to see the two movies while using the benefit from my movie pass, and it will be very bad that I miss them because I won't get my card until after 2 weeks.
Additional info: I have already activated my membership this afternoon using the costco activation code. Plus, I have already paid for my subscription, so it is really a shame I cannot start using it yet. I believe this would be an issue for many new moviepass subscribers during this holiday season, so is there anyway you could escalate this issue so moviepass could come up with a solution that let us go to movies at theaters that do not yet support e-ticketing and before receiving our membership card, while we have already paid for the subscription?
So, in the case that most local theaters (especially big ones like AMC or century) do NOT support movie pass e-tickets, and that we have already paid for AND activated our movie pass subscription and when we want to watch movies at those theaters, could movie pass allow us to buy tickets out of our own pockets before we get our physical card, and refund us later? Thanks for any efforts you could make in letting us start using movie pass sooner!

我觉得这是一个近期刚买moviepass的新用户的普遍问题，尤其是在holiday season用户量剧增，邮递速度变慢的情况下。另外，他们的e-ticketing只在少数影院（包括一些小众影院和boston地区的amc，参见https://moviepass.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001999452?input_string=can+i+ask+for+a+refund%2Freimbursement+in+this+case%3F）被支持，至少在我这里，遍地都是电影院，但只有两三个支持电子票的。
因为moviepass人手不够，来不及制作卡和邮寄，而让我们干等两周，或许等到想看的电影下线，才可以开始使用我们已经支付了年费和已经激活的订阅服务，这样不太公平。
我们可以怎么发出我们的声音，告诉他们我们的需求，请他们拿出一个更好的解决办法？有没有mm也想联系他们的？

Therefore, could you help enable e-ticketing at the AMC Cupertino Square 16 theatre? Really wish this could happen soon!

没收到卡（没扣费）之前，你确实还不能享受他们的服务。
如果那么想看一个档期短的电影，就自己买票吧。
打moviepass电话，打costco电话，上fb长篇的发问题。1个小时的时间难道不比电影票贵？

确实我的时间更值钱，但如果付钱了服务却delay了，不符合游戏规则。我在terms里没看到你说的年费什么时候扣，可能我看得太快了，他们网站也不说哪个网站支持电子票。我作为消费者想要得到自己付费的服务。
