求助，假如有计划生小孩，这两个保险选哪个?

plan１有HSA，公司给存５００，deductible比较高。但是两个plan的max out of pocket都是４０００，生孩子的费用远高于这个把，所以不管怎样我都会掏４０００，应该选择１，因为有HSA？假如明年只是备孕不生的话，应该要经常去看医生，这样的话该选plan ２，因为deductible低？求助！谢谢
