You may have an option to take your device to a third-party repair center so that a technician can assess on your device and perform any necessary repair to address the issue.

As for the repair cost, I’m afraid we can’t provide you an exact amount of repair as we don’t have a breakdown of the list here for any type of repair with their corresponding amount. 买了个二手 LG G4 用了大半年
以为没事了
然后就中招了
LG G4 bootloop
看来这不是个别问题 而是普遍问题
据说现在有人开始告LG
不知道买二手的有没资格告?
bootloop有没救
有人说用吹风机可解
不知道有没人试过?
我去试试........
还是直接打电话去?

估计就算寄进去也不给修...........
,但就是打擦边球,能赖则赖。我的那个G2是著名的dead zone ,边框磕了一点,屏幕完好,他们知道什么问题就是不给修,G4这回boot loop 本来已经做好死磕的准备了,没想到挺痛快就修了,估计影响太大
过了保修可以修吗?
我的G2屏幕都换了两次现在又断触了。gps和耳机全坏了。信号还很差,家里经常电话
打不出去。

好寄出来了,希望是彻底修好了。 LG 的客服还是不错的。
里面是快速导致原子移动),最后集成芯片里面的导线被电流冲断了,偶尔经过剧烈温度变化冲断的导线还能再连上,但不可靠,只有重新更换芯片才行。具体的损坏芯片是在CPU上面的那个内存芯片,这是个设计错误,LG G4的芯片散热比大部分手机都更弱,所以这个问题比较明显,如果芯片温度能低10度,金属导线的寿命就能延长2倍以上。
本来这个寿命要是能挺过5年,就没有人抱怨,可惜LG G4的寿命视乎是一年左右。
也取决于修理的程度,如果仅仅是修理,没有改进散热的话,一年就不错了。
