可是果没有这样的调节性政策，造成的就是底层社会的人口更加没有机会进入高等教育机构与社会中层，底层贫困与犯罪问题加剧，社会整体动荡不安。 而底层人口是谁呢，确定他们究竟是谁又是不可避免地同种族联系在一起，不可避免地要联系上racial politics.
这样完全按种族划分的政策合理么，不合理，完全没有考虑到socio-economic status，没考虑到地区上的差别，没考虑到群族的变动性。
所以需要的是一个更加合理而考虑到人口复杂性的AA。而如果完全推翻AA所代表的理想，连种族平等都不要了，那无论是白人黑人，都可以明目张胆肆无忌惮地欺负你。
