请教AT&T的trade-in

如题，赶在9月25号最后一天在店里order了一个32GB的iphone 7 plus,用的24个月的AT&T next plan.当时小二许诺收
到新手机30天内把旧手机寄出去就算trade-in成功，分期拿回$650 credit. 今天收到
了iphone 7 plus了，但是盒子里除了手机等外只有一个return label，没有任何关于
trade-in的信息，放狗搜了一下，发现：

在线提交了旧的iphone 6 plus,用的promotional code是：FALL2016TRADE， 最后显示
的credit也是0，收到了email confirmation却没有任何关于$650 credit的信息。

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your online Trade-in with
AT&T and contributed to the reduction of global e-waste.

We have received all required information, and your shipping materials are
on the way! You can expect to receive them within five business days.

上面的意思是不是5个工作日内，att会把有关trade-in的信息寄过来？

拿去店里就可以了 不用寄

Online chat,说是可以online 买手机但是必须去店里trade in

   收到新手机后到ATT去，我刚办的
