不是心理作用，说到产品，德国品牌是扛扛的，也许我吃药的时间不对和方式不对，当时吃优甲乐，数据不降反升，后来怀疑是药就换了美国的药，不过同时也改成早上空腹吃了，所以我不确定是药，很可能就是吃的时间和方式。
是你吃药的方式不对，这个药的吸收受食物和其他药物影响很大。必须早餐前半小时吃，牛奶会影响吸收，也不能跟其他药物维生素微量元素等等的同吃。
