Big bless mm.我爸爸也是最近查处来胃癌晚期了。至少你爸爸还可以做手术，我爸爸医生说什么都做不了。年级大了。然后我侄子年头才因为脑癌去世。世事难测，遇到了就要去面对。希望明天会更好就是了

MM，首先bless你爸爸，祝他手术成功，早日康复。
其次我想说现在真的很害怕看到这样的帖子，我父亲也是胃癌中晚期，今年3月份突然在术后治疗过程中昏迷，几天后就过世了，才60岁，比你父亲还年轻些。我非常能体会到你的感受，真的，直到现在想起来我都会哭。所以现在你能做的就是坚强，如果可以请假的话，建议你赶紧回去看看爸爸和妈妈，我到现在最遗憾的就是没有在父亲最后的日子陪伴他，没有在他最需要的时候照顾他，很懊悔，但是已经没有办法弥补了。

我公公当年也说是胃癌晚期，转移胰腺，只有四个月。九年过去了，他老人家现在还生龙活虎，身体甭儿棒呢。所以凡事往坏里打算，但一定要往好处想和努力。精神和意志是非常重要的。
