Less than half an hour later, the Trump campaign issued a statement announcing he will be prepping for Sunday night’s presidential debate and Pence will be in Wisconsin as his replacement.
“Governor Mike Pence will be representing me tomorrow in Wisconsin,” Trump stated. “I will be spending the day in New York in debate prep with RNC Chairman Reince Priebus, Gov. Chris Christie and Sen. Jeff Sessions, and then flying to St. Louis on Sunday for the 2nd Presidential Debate.”

Hillary Clinton admitted to being 'kind of far removed' from the middle class, according to a leaked transcript of a speech she gave on Wall Street.
Wikileaks on Friday published emails from campaign chairman John Podesta. One of them, sent by campaign research director Tony Carrk in January this year, points out 'flags' in Clinton's paid speeches.
The email, titled 'HRC paid speeches', lists excerpts from several of Clinton's speeches in front of audiences such as Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
Carrk seems to have written potential damaging headlines, as if to imagine how her comments could be perceived. One of these possible headlines states: 'Clinton admits she is out of touch.'
Donald Trump rejected calls to step aside as the Republican presidential nominee over lewd remarks he made about women, telling The Wall Street Journal on Saturday there is “zero chance I’ll quit.”
“I never, ever give up,” the newspaper quoted Trump as saying in response to calls by some Republicans that he quit the race after being caught in a 2005 videotape boasting of groping women’s genitals with impunity.
Anti-Trump Republicans Rush to Express Outrage over Trump Video with George H.W. Bush’s Nephew
As WikiLeaks prepared its dump of devastating emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta, video and audio of Donald J. Trump—the Republican nominee for president—making off-color comments about women while with George H.W. Bush’s nephew, Billy Bush. were leaked.
George H.W. Bush, the former president, is voting for Hillary Clinton for president, Politico reported a few weeks ago. One of his sons, former President George W. Bush, has told people to vote in November but did not tell them who to vote for. And now his nephew is at the center of a disparaging tape on which Trump made lewd remarks about women. Both Trump and Billy Bush have apologized for the comments they made on the video.
But anti-Trump forces in the media, at the Washington Post which broke the story, and other outlets, have engineered it into a major scandal. And the Bushes and anti-Trump Republicans appear at the center of every turn in it.
Top Ben Carson adviser: He stands by Trump, recording 'is the kind of language that we hear in rap music'
A top adviser to Ben Carson, the former Republican presidential candidate and prominent surrogate for Donald Trump, said Carson is "firmly" standing by Trump after a leaked recording revealed the nominee making vulgar comments about women.
"There are two issues. The tape itself, which unfortunately is the kind of language that we hear in rap music, we hear in probably coarse conversation, you know, unfortunately, we hear this," Armstrong Williams told Business Insider on Saturday afternoon. "No one listening to that tape in media and political life has not heard it before."
Williams said he'd talked to Carson, a retired neurosurgeon who was a favorite among evangelical voters, a few minutes prior to speaking with Business Insider. Carson said he'd spoken to Trump and accepted his apology.
"He apologized for it, they've spoken extensively. Dr. Carson accepts it, and he's firmly in his corner," Williams said.
Williams pointed out that the recording is 11 years old and that it's "not disqualifying."
"This is a very forgiving nation," Williams said. "They're willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. You've just got to learn from it."
He continued: "I know there are many people who feel there's no way he can survive with this, But Dr. Carson thinks there's a very good chance of him not only surviving, but winning the White House in November."
Several prominent Republicans have withdrawn their support of Trump since a 2005 recording surfaced Friday showing Trump making vulgar comments about women. Trump, who was newly married to his wife Melania at the time, was heard saying that he had tried to sleep with a married woman. He also talked about being able to "grab" women "by the p---y" because "when you're a star they let you do it."
Trump issued a statement Friday afternoon dismissing his comments as "locker room banter," but after the firestorm of criticism continued, he followed it up with a recorded apology that he posted to his Facebook page early Saturday morning.
"I think all the American people want to see is humility, remorse, and that he's learning," Williams said. "They've shown all along that they're willing to forgive him for just about anything. And this is no exception."

Giuliani: Trump in Race to Win – 'And He's Gonna Win'
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani insisted Donald Trump will not drop out of the presidential race and is "in it to win it" following the release of audio of Trump making lewd comments about women.
"Of course he's going to be at the debate" Sunday night, Trump told a CNN reporter who caught up to him getting into an SUV outside Trump Tower in Manhattan on Saturday. Giuliani and other close advisers had spent the day huddled with Trump inside the building where Trump lives and works.
"There is nothing that is going to cause his dropping out," Guiliani said through a passenger-side window as he snapped on his seatbelt. "That's a wishful thinking of the Clinton campaign and those people who have opposed him for a long time. He's in the race to win, and he is gonna win."
As for the growing number of Republicans withdrawing their support or urging Trump to drop out, the former mayor said they largely represent people who opposed Trump's run from the beginning, so they don't surprise him.
"And this is basically the insiders against the outsiders anyway," he said. "Donald Trump is a populist candidate. Most of the people that have turned on him are members of the establishment. So I would see this as, if you want change from Washington you vote for Donald Trump. If you want to keep things the same you vote for Hillary Clinton."

Pence Tells Donors He Is Fully Committed to Trump Comments come as Republicans break away from the GOP nominee
Oct. 8, 2016 11:43 p.m. ET
Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence told Republican donors Saturday night that he is fully committed to Donald Trump, aides said. Speculation that Mr. Pence might leave the ticket, following in the footsteps of other Republicans who abandoned Mr. Trump on Saturday after the release of a videotape of the nominee making lewd comments of women, is “categorically false,” one aide said.
“Governor Pence spoke enthusiastically about Mr. Trump, his pro-growth economic policies and the movement he’s begun,” said Marty Obst, director of Trump-Pence vice presidential operations. None of the donors at the Saturday fundraiser in Providence, R.I., canceled after the release of the video, or asked questions about it, Mr. Obst said.
“Several guests remarked that they didn’t want to get caught up trying to dissect every statement by Mr. Trump,” Mr. Obst said. “They were focused instead on his message and his positions.”
Earlier Saturday, Mr. Pence said he couldn’t “defend” Mr. Trump’s remarks and scrapped an appearance in Wisconsin on his behalf. Later, though, he released a full campaign schedule for next week, including events in the battleground states of North Carolina, Iowa, Nebraska and Virginia.
Are you kidding me? luckyso 发表于 10/9/2016 1:14:54 AM

BILL CLINTON’S VICTIMS DEFEND DONALD TRUMP AFTER LEWD REMARKS SURFACE "Actions speak louder than words,” Juanita Broaddrick wrote on Twitter
Several alleged victims of former US President Bill Clinton have come forward to defend Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump after leaked audio emerged Friday of a controversial conversation the businessman had in 2005.
Juanita Broaddrick on Saturday morning remarked that Trump’s bad words didn’t affect her as much as Bill Clinton’s rape and Hillary’s subsequent cover-up.
“How many times must it be said? Actions speak louder than words,” Broaddrick wrote on Twitter. “DT said bad things! HRC threatened me after BC raped me.”
The former nursing home administrator accused Bill Clinton, then running for Arkansas governor, of raping her in 1978.
Video Interview: Bill Clinton Accuser Juanita Broaddrick Relives Brutal Rapes
Washington, D.C. – While The Washington Post was busy putting the finishing touches on the release of a video in which Donald Trump boasted about hitting on women, Juanita Broaddrick was in town at the historic Watergate Hotel, where she repeatedly broke down in tears during a powerful video interview exclusive to Breitbart News, recounting what she described as the life-changing experience of being raped by Bill Clinton.
Trembling, Broaddrick explained that she is still afraid of Bill Clinton and asserted that she is frightened by the prospect of Hillary Clinton winning the election. She described the alleged rape in vivid detail, providing the most extensive window yet into the singular event that she says left her traumatized until today.
In one dramatic scene, a sobbing Broaddrick was embraced and consoled by another alleged Clinton sexual assault victim, Kathleen Willey, who was present for the filming.
Willey tells the crying Broaddrick: “It’s not your fault. Okay. It’s not your fault. It’s not your fault. You didn’t do anything wrong. You didn’t do anything wrong. Okay. Okay?”
While the news media shifted focus to Trump’s lewd sexual banter caught on a hot mic in 2005, Broaddrick and Willey were in our nation’s capital to discuss how their lives were devastated by their respective experiences with the Clintons. They also emphatically warned about what a Hillary Clinton presidency could mean for women in general–the Clintons’ perceived enemies in particular.
Paul Ryan, John McCain, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Mitch McConnell, John Kasich and the other Prominent Republicans never come out and CRITICISE Hillary Clinton or hold her ACCOUNTABLE for her actions or her CRIMES.
But guess what? When it comes to Donald Trump, they can't wait to POUNCE on him and shred him to pieces. Just like the Mainstream Media does.
I think most of these Republican elites are just Democrats in GOP skin.
Jon Voight to Voters: ‘Let Donald Trump Know We Are Completely Behind Him’
As controversy surrounding an old audio recording continues to swirl around Donald Trump, actor Jon Voight is calling on Republican voters to let the Republican presidential candidate know they are “completely behind him.”
“Let Donald Trump know we are completely behind him, and may God give him the strength to continue his calling,” the Oscar winning actor tweeted Saturday night.
“I am calling for all Trump supporters to express their outrage and anger against De Niro and all of the Republican turncoats against Trump,” Voight said, apparently referencing actor Robert De Niro’s attack on Trump in a celebrity voter registration PSA, in which he called the White House hopeful “blatantly stupid.”
“He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a pig, he’s a con, he’s a bullsh*t artist, a mutt who doesn’t know what he’s talking about, doesn’t do his homework, doesn’t care, thinks he’s gaming society, doesn’t pay his taxes,” De Niro said, adding, “I’d like to punch him in the face.”
“If any Republican said words like Robert DeNiro used – against Hilary Clinton or Barack Obama? All hell would break loose,” Voight tweeted.
Trump came under fire on Friday for, as he described it, “locker room“-style jokes about women he made in a caught-on-tape conversation in 2005 with former Access Hollywood anchor Billy Bush.
Voight’s “Republican turncoats” dig was apparently aimed at Trump supporters who have since disavowed the candidate, including conservative talk show host Hugh Hewitt, who has demanded Trump quit the race, and Arizona Senator John McCain, who withdrew his support for Trump.
Other leading Republicans publicly condemning Trump include former Republican presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, and Carly Fiorina, and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Actor and NBC’s The Apprentice host Arnold Schwarzenegger said “for the first time since I became a citizen in 1983, I will not vote for the Republican candidate for president.”
Joining Voight in showing steadfast support for the Republican candidate was actor and vocal Trump supporter Scott Baio.
Reference the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi and Hillary Clinton’s email scandal, Baio tweeted, “locker room banter doesn’t compromise national security nor did it kill 4 Americans.”
Carson: Dirty Trick Video A Tactic Born Of Desperation To Derail Trump
To Ben Carson, the release of the 2005 video in which Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump uses vulgar terms to describe pursuing women is part of the smear campaign America’s political class will continue to wage against Trump to keep him from the White House.
“I’m not seeing anything that I didn’t totally expect,” Carson said Saturday during an interview with Newsmax. “The political class and the media has to make this about Donald Trump. They cannot make this about the issues.”
Carson said the fact the tape was leaked at the same time WikiLeaks exposed damaging comments made by Democratic presidential candidate Hilary Clinton in closed-door speeches is more than a coincidence.

OUTSIDER, ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT

Pence
A top adviser to Ben Carson, the former Republican presidential candidate and prominent surrogate for Donald Trump, said Carson is "firmly" standing by Trump after a leaked recording revealed the nominee making vulgar comments about women.
"There are two issues. "I think all the American people want to see is humility, remorse, and that he's learning," Williams said. "They've shown all along that they're willing to forgive him for just about anything. And this is no exception."

Giuliani: Trump in Race to Win – 'And He's Gonna Win'
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani insisted Donald Trump will not drop out
of the presidential race and is "in it to win it" following the release of
audio of Trump making lewd comments about women.
"Of course he's going to be at the debate" Sunday night, Trump told a CNN
reporter who caught up to him getting into an SUV outside Trump Tower in
Manhattan on Saturday. Giuliani and other close advisers had spent the day
huddled with Trump inside the building where Trump lives and works.
"There is nothing that is going to cause his dropping out," Guiliani said
through a passenger-side window as he snapped on his seatbelt. "That's a
wishful thinking of the Clinton campaign and those people who have opposed
him for a long time. He's in the race to win, and he is gonna win."
As for the growing number of Republicans withdrawing their support or urging
Trump to drop out, the former mayor said they largely represent people who
opposed Trump's run from the beginning, so they don't surprise him.
"And this is basically the insiders against the outsiders anyway," he said.
"Donald Trump is a populist candidate. Most of the people that have turned
on him are members of the establishment. So I would see this as, if you want
change from Washington you vote for Donald Trump. If you want to keep
things the same you vote for Hillary Clinton."

Are you kidding me?
Comments come as Republicans break away from the GOP nominee

"Actions speak louder than words,” Juanita Broaddrick wrote on Twitter
Several alleged victims of former US President Bill Clinton have come forward to defend Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump after leaked audio emerged Friday of a controversial conversation the businessman had in 2005.
Juanita Broaddrick on Saturday morning remarked that Trump’s bad words didn’t affect her as much as Bill Clinton’s rape and Hillary’s subsequent cover-up.
“How many times must it be said? Actions speak louder than words,” Broaddrick wrote on Twitter. “DT said bad things! HRC threatened me after BC raped me.”
The former nursing home administrator accused Bill Clinton, then running for Arkansas governor, of raping her in 1978.

https://www.zhihu.com/question/51125366/answer/125592515
poll: GOP voters want the party to stand by Trump
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/politico-morning-consult-poll-229394
