Donald Trump Fan Installs Barbed Wire to Thwart Yard Sign Thieves
A man in Colonie, New York, is taking drastic measures to protect his yard sign supporting Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump after he watched five prior signs get destroyed or stolen.
Homeowner and prominent local businessman Robert Marini decided to illuminate the sixth sign with a bank of lights, sink the sign’s base in concrete, and build a wall of barbed wire around it.
“I don’t have enough time in my life to go around stealing Bernie Sanders signs or Hillary Clinton signs. It’s not something that I even thought about doing,” Marini told the Times Union newspaper. “Everybody’s got a right to free speech, right? At least we think so in America today. But some people on the left don’t believe in that, so they just take what’s not theirs.”
Marini is positive that his Trump signs have been targeted by some local leftist who hates Trump. He points out that other signs in the area for Clinton or Sanders have never been touched. The proud Trump supporter also points out he is the only one in the area willing to put a Trump sign in his yard, so his support of the candidate is a high-profile event.
Along with the barbed wire and lights, Marini also posted a warning notice to future thieves, reading, “DO NOT Touch The Sign. If you are reading this, you are TRESPASSING. You WILL BE PROSECUTED To The Fullest Extent Of The Law.”
The Trump booster said he has not called police on any of the five previous heists, but now that he has taken all these measures, he warns potential thieves he will call police if something happens again.
“I don’t want to bother the police with something like that,” he said. However, he added, “They steal this one, they’re going to get a police report.”
According to the state police, if anyone is caught destroying the sign, they might face a misdemeanor charge of larceny and could face a hefty fine if convicted.
This is not the first time a Trump sign has been attacked in New York. Recently, Sam Pirozzolo, a homeowner in Staten Island, had his oversized Trump sign set ablaze by a Trump hater.
After the arson, Donald Trump himself gave the homeowner a call to tell him he appreciated the support.

Hillary Clinton, Original ‘Birther,’ Links to Obama ‘Born in Kenya’ Pamphlet in Campaign Fundraiser
On Wednesday, the Hillary Clinton campaign published a blog post suggesting that Breitbart News subscribed to the so-called “Birther” theory, which holds that President Barack Obama was born outside the U.S., not in Hawaii.
The post, “A real thing: Donald Trump just brought on the utterly extremist Breitbart News to run his campaign,” includes a link to Breitbart’s 2012 scoop that Obama’s personal literary agent promoted him for years as “born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

Trump reaches out to black voters in historic speech
Donald Trump gave a historic speech in Charlotte on Thursday where he reached out to black voters, promising to fight for them with better education, public safety, and economic opportunities.
The Republican nominee pointed out that even after decades of voting monolithically for Democrats, black Americans still attend failing schools, live in unsafe neighborhoods and have few economic opportunities.
“Look at how badly things are going under decades of Democratic leadership — look at the schools, look at the 58 percent of young African-Americans not working,” Trump told the crowd. “It is time for change.”
Trump said Democrats haven’t delivered to the black community because they assume they’ll get the votes no matter what.
“Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party have taken African American votes totally for granted,” Trump said. “Because the votes have been automatically there, there has been no reason for Democrats to produce. It is time to break with the failures of the past, and to fight for every last American child in this country to have the better future they deserve.”
Some prominent black Republicans were very impressed with Trump’s speech and said that the GOP should have making these kinds of speeches for decades.
Louisiana Flood Victims to Trump: ‘We Knew You Would Be Here For Us’
BATON ROUGE, Louisiana – Louisiana flood victims and volunteers rejoiced in a rare display of joy amidst their flood-ravaged homes as GOP nominee Donald Trump greeted them during his visit to the state.
Trump was immediately greeted with praise from residents, with one woman screaming “We knew you’d be here Mr. Trump! We knew you’d be here for us!”
Trump Visits Louisiana, Hillary Goes to Martha’s Vineyard for Bill’s Birthday Party
Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton is getting ready to celebrate her husband’s 70th birthday this evening on Martha’s Vineyard, according to a Clinton aide speaking to CNN.
Obama is also vacationing on the island, although it is unclear whether he and Michelle Obama plan to join the Clintons for the momentous occasion.
Clinton’s trip coincides with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s visit to Louisiana to highlight the suffering of local citizens after the state was hit by unprecedented flooding in the area.
Veterans and military personnel issues set to become a major focus in the presidential campaign
Veterans reform and military personnel issues are set to take center stage in the presidential election as candidates prepare for the final months of their marathon campaigns.
On Thursday, officials from Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America announced plans for a Sept. 7 town hall forum with both Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump on “national security, military affairs and veterans issues.”
The event will be in New York less than a week after both candidates address American Legion members during their annual convention in Cincinnati, covering similar topics.
The extended focus on veterans issues just as the campaign enters its final three months should put a boosted national spotlight on military community issues that many veterans worry the general public often overlooks.
"The quality of the discussion around veterans issues has now reached a long-overdue tipping point,” said Paul Rieckhoff, founder and CEO of IAVA. “Finally, we'll be able to focus the candidates and the national media on issues like veterans suicide, VA reform, support for women veterans and defending the GI Bill.
“After 15 years of war, it's about time."
Both candidates have offered robust veterans and military reform plans in recent months, but the details of those plans have gotten far less scrutiny from the general public than topics like trade and the economy.
Clinton has promised an overhaul of the Department of Veterans Affairs without moving patients and resources outside the system. She has also vowed to protect GI Bill benefits and promised a host of personnel policy changes to provide military families more flexibility and control in duty assignments.
Trump outlined a 10-point plan for veterans reforms in July, including more access to civilian sector doctors for veterans waiting too long for VA appointments and stricter accountability within the department to root out waste and incompetence.
But beyond appearances such as the candidates’ speeches at the Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in July, details of those plans haven’t received much discussion or attention.
That’s in part due to military-related gaffes by Trump. In the last few weeks alone, he has worked to deflect criticism of a Gold Star father and explain awkward comments about receiving a Purple Heart as a gift from a veteran.
But it is also due to broader interest in the candidates’ foreign policy plans, an issue that routinely ranks among the top concerns of voters. While important, veterans groups have said that what happens to troops after the wars overseas needs to be elevated in national discussions as well.
The IAVA forum, to be broadcast on NBC networks, will be held in New York City just before the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Details on the format and moderators will be announced in coming weeks.

All Lives Matter
diversity(多样化)学习,端正思想。
Happy
Holiday(节日快乐)。
比如有个大学就规定不能说girlfriend(女朋友)或boyfriend(男朋友),说这是对
