跑步的时候身上为什么会痒?

蛰伏了一个冬天,今儿天气好,出去跑了一圈,从四肢开始,到全身,感到皮肤表面非常痒,这是什么原因呢?特别是刚刚跑的时候,后来倒是好了。是不是血液循环加快的原因?

不是吧,在室内跑步机上也有,皮肤表面有没有什么。而且跑上10分钟就好了,不过奇痒无比的挺难受。

应该是过敏. 很多本来过敏的人在锻炼以后过敏会加重. 也有很多人就有这种孤立症状的exercise-induced allergy. Actually you should see a doctor because it could be serious..

我也有呢,经常是在冬天,在gym里运动了一会儿后
我以为是开始身体温度低,后来血液循环加快,体温升高,然后怎么地身体就发痒了
难道是什么更严重的问题?

我只要是空气凉一点或者大风,走路也会奇痒,不过只要一到室内无风温暖的环境很快就好了,不知道是为什么

Mostly likely it is the allery.  I have the same problem. The problem is heavier in outdoor. Try to put on some lotion before you work out.

OK. 爱学习的jeffie研究了一下, 总结一下我认为比较重要的信息:
1. Exercise-induced allergy 多半跟之前吃的食物或者medication有关, the foods and medications most often associated with E.I.A. are oranges, peaches, pineapple, bananas, shellfish, celery, and aspirin.
2. 不是什么时候都会发生, 所以很难identify过敏源等等.
3. 可以很严重. 怎么严重呢, 可能会引发严重的过敏反应,呼吸困难, 出冷汗, blood pressure降低, 头晕, confusion etc.
4. So far, both treatment and prevention of exercise-induced anaphylaxis are limited to stopping the workouts as soon as preliminary symptoms appear, like itching or hives, and administering drugs if the victim has difficulty breathing or collapses.
People who have suffered E.I.A. episodes need not give up their otherwise healthy habit of exercising if they take certain precautions:
- Stop exercising at the first sign of symptoms and until
symptoms disappear completely;
- Use the buddy system whenever exercising, and make sure
the buddy knows how to administer adrenalin; and
- Avoid any identified aggravating factors, like eating less than
two to four hours before exercising or taking aspirin less than
six hours before exercising.
"Most people have the advance symptom, the preceding itch, and they will be fine if they stop exercising at that first sign," says Dr. Simon. "But if they ignore the warnings and go on, they risk a serious, possibly life-threatening anaphylactic reaction. When the itch goes away, it is usually possible to go right back to the workout with no problem."

A.

Don't worry; you aren't alone on this problem. It usually occurs during exercise performed after a long period of inactivity. The itching is not on the skin, it is inside the skin.
You see, there are millions of tiny capillaries and arteries inside our muscles which expand rapidly due to the demand for more blood that is brought on by exercise. When our bodies are sufficiently fit, these capillaries remain open allowing maximum blood passage, but, when unfit and inactive, they tend to collapse, allowing only minimal blood passage (which is sufficient for a sedentary person, however). The rapid expansion of these vessels causes adjacent nerves to send impulses back to the brain which are interpreted as an itch.
The problem should go away once you have increased your fitness level

我去年锻炼起步的时候会有这种情况,那种带针刺的痒感。

对我的CASE
是因为周边太干燥了,运动时候,最开始皮肤和肌肉都需要水分。大量的液体都先供应肌肉去了。主要出现在四肢上,避免方法 运动前先润润四肢的皮肤,上点BODY LOTION。有一些帮助。

对的 我觉得是因为刚起步的原因,还有外界比较干。

Anyway, itchness is usually a sign of allergy, and you should rule-out the possibility of severe E. I. A.
It is funny that when I was searching on the internet, I run into a similar post in a nAmerican forum. Most of them related this to allergy, and took anti-histimine for self-treatment, while most of us here would think it is some kind of natural stuff. American people are really obsessed about pills!!

Hope it is because of the inactiveness. But I will be more cautious about the possibility of allergy.

我也会。跑步10分钟左右大腿前侧就会有红点,严重的时候挠得红点都连成片了。特别是冬天运动。然后小腿靠近脚踝处也有红点。仔细看好像都是毛孔红肿起来了。我一直没特别去对待它,运动完,休息一会儿就好了。

欧觉得是因为冬天天气比较干燥,皮肤表面可能有些细小的干纹,如果运动的话,皮肤血液循环加快,而且会分泌汗液,刺激皮肤,所以会有点痒:)

终于明白了这个困扰了我好几年的问题。也说明我还是inactive and unfit
