point is, weren't you holding Jeb up as your knight in shining armor?
and, if you happen to read through the comment section, mainstream American do not typically think of Asians when talking about anchor babies, only illegal Hispanics. Not saying racism doesn't exist, or the birthing centers aren't legally grey, but I think you are very much blinded by your own experiences...
up vote最多的一个评论:i got news for this for this man. According to the US statistics, of all the immigrants, the Asians are not only the most educated but they are the least recipient of aid and have one of the lowest criminal records in the country. They are also one of the most integrated of all the minorities. Just go to any math, science or computer department ina college and u will see how many are asians and how many are hispanics. Statistics, on the other hand regarding Hispanics shows the opposite. The fact that many hispanics have been here for a decade, have 3 children, still don't speak the language, receive every form of financial assistance, and are less educated than their asian counterparts proves the point.
Let me spell out the difference between Trump and J Bush for you.
At least on the record and until this moment, Trump is focusing on the legal aspect of birthing, meaning he would like to tighten the rules for anyone who is coming to US illegally or under false pretenses to give birth. The Chinese birthing centers just happen to be one of the latest and more notorious examples (other than the latinos).
J. Bush however is publicly SINGLING out Asians in an attempt to defuse his recent gaffes and also because many members from his wife family's came over illegally.
I am concerned about Trump, about his ploy to get the votes and what his future steps might be. But at least I think he could have some merit as President. Jeb is a big no go for me

Well said! I'm a bit worry about Hispanic vote for Trump, but that concern is more for general election, and climate would be different then with running mate etc.
Since you are a so law abiding person, then you should know that giving a birth while the woman is on temporary non immigration visa does not against any current immigration law. Other words, it is 100% legal. Then why the heck Trump or Jeb, both of them, on the record, did they bash those Chinese women, and further insulted those legal American Citizen babies as "Anchor Baby"?

Trump is drawing the line between legal and illegal, Jeb is drawing the line by race - that's what liberals do.

Bush's IQ is less than 1/10 of Trump's. He has no chance for this election. Trump was right. Bush has no energy and is stupid. Who would want such a president except for ppl donate money to him and hope to manipulate him one day for political and economic rewards.
If you are familiar with Immigration law, you should know that being pregnant is not a base to deny an visa application. Although, in reality, I have to admit that those women's real attention is to give a birth in US, but you just cannot say they misrepresent the reasons while applying the tourist visa. Actually, it is hard to approve, unless they were caught by presenting the false documentation, while requiring an visa.
The following quote from a conservative american might enlighten you some:“These people aren’t doing anything in violation of our laws,” said Mark Krikorian, the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, which advocates tougher immigration controls. “But if anything, it is worse than illegal immigrants delivering a baby here. Those kids are socialized as Americans. This phenomenon of coming to the U.S. and then leaving with people who have unlimited access to come back is just ridiculous.”

Now I know how the Bush family members got elected presidency twice with huge amount of donation. It is because they are STUPID. Donors see that so clearly. Stupid ones are so much easier to control.

During visa interview, VO always asks you why you come to US, they must have said tourism and often provide travel scheduling to support their statement, otherwise the visa would be denied. But their actual plan is to give birth here, it's premeditated as they conceived the baby before they come and they contacted the birth centers in advance. That's willful misrepresentation that invalidates their visa, as clearly stated in the immigration law.
How can you approve their actual plan is to give birth here? You cannot. It is like F1 applicants, when the VO asks you if you would come back to your original country, after you finish your program, I guess 100% will answer "yes". Some will be back, some will not. Can I say those did not come back has committed a visa violation by mispresenting a false claim/statement, while applying the visa? And don't kid yourself that all F1 applicants' original plan are coming back to their original country, after they finish their program. We all know the truth, don't we?

America is pretty decent in this regard -- it almost always assumes a person is innocent until proven guilty. These women under discussion here are catching the flak because they clearly came with the intent to give birth. Why else contact a birthing center, fork over so much money, and return home immediately after they have a child?
I am really confused about why you so very much like to defend the cases which are on the wrong side of the law...just to prove you can be as much of a victim and "vulnerable" as these people? Or try to fish for excuse by saying everybody is equally culpable? (which by the way is not true) If that's your hope, then China should be extinct, UK should be extinct, US should be hung...because just about every single nation on earth has committed one atrocity or another at some point..

There is a clear distinction in F1's case. The key is that you can't be proven lying AT the time of visa interview. F1 could always argue they did plan to come back at the time of the interview, but several years later when they get their degree things change so they change their plan, blablah... The same can't be argued in birth center's case due to the fact those ladies knew about their prenancy and contacted birth center already at the time of the interview.
Well, you said it all, a person is innocent until proven guilty. I followed the case a bit, the feds was to charge the birth center with Tax Fraud, that said, they did not have legal ground to charge those women directly. Then, unfortunately, they fled and caught the flak. And frankly speaking, I was not defending anything, all I did was trying to put my own feet into other ppl's shoes. Am I trying to prove that , one day, I might be as" vulnerable" as those ppl? Maybe. I have been living here for almost two decades, I was used to be so naive to think that I could be equal to the whites, well, lesson learned. You may call me too sensitive, but all I can say is "the winter is coming".
Well, I am not trying to be ridiculous here, but obviously, when you talked about those women, you are applying double standards on them, and your points are full of bias.
First, I already cited the immigration law that being pregnant is not a base to deny an visa application. Second, contacting birth center, prior to interview, is hard to approve that they are trying to mispresent the reasons for requiring an visa. Don't you think it is logical that a pregnant woman will be on her way to have a tour, she contacts a local birth center, whom does not only speak her language, but also does it provide all necessary services to protect her and the unborn baby, if an unexpected labor would accur? To me, it makes sense.

It doesn't make sense at all. Normal women will stay at her own place/home waiting for their babies to be born, rather than to travel/tour overseas especially during the last term of pregnancy and to contact a birth center ahead of time. What's the rush to tour a place during pregnancy? Shouldn't they rest as much as possible for the good sake of the babies? Don't you think the conspiracy is too obvious?
Trump's manager said nothing about they were not against Asian anchor babies, because they treat all illegal immigrants the same, and that's the way it should be, regardless the race.

That's what they do best, when there is officer involved shooting, they first check if the person shot is black & shooter is non-black, if yes, they immediately call that discrimination and it's all over the news and protest/riot is justified no matter what actually caused the shooting. If the shooter is black and/or the person shot in any other color, they ignore it, just like that 9-year black girl in Ferguson. At least that's what's happening under Obama. They look at your color first to decide where they stand.

I totally disagree with the FOX statement. I do not think Megyn Kelly is a quality journalist. I think her questioning of me, despite all of the polls saying I won the debate, was very unfair. Hopefully in the future I will be proven wrong and she will be able to elevate her standards to a level of professionalism that a network such as FOX deserves. More importantly, I am very pleased to see the latest polls from Public Policy Polling showing me at a strong number one with 35% in New Hampshire, the Monmouth University poll showing me, again at number one, with 30% in South Carolina and the latest national poll from Gravis where I am again the clear front runner with 40%. It was also just announced that I won the prestigious corn kernel poll at the Iowa State Fair by a landslide. I will be in Iowa tonight with my speech being broadcast live on CNN and other networks. My sole focus in running for the Presidency is to Make America Great Again!

MALE: Most of the illegal immigrants in this country are either criminals -- TRUMP: No, not at all. I never said that. No, I think most of them are good people. I love that question, because hopefully, maybe somebody -- no, I think most of them are very good people but they are here illegally and we're a country of laws and we're a country of borders. We have to have a border and we'll have a border and we'll have a wall and the wall is going to have a big beautiful door where people can some in legally and also where we can bring talented people. We need that in the Silicon Valley when somebody goes to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, the Wharton school of finance, we send them out as soon as they graduate. They can't stay here. It's ridiculous. They want to be here. So, then they go to their country wherever it may be, whether it's Asia, Mexico, wherever it may be and they compete against us. I don't want that. I'll have one more then, yes, ma'am? Go ahead.

Donald Trump did a racist impression of an Asian accent at his campaign rally on Tuesday evening in Iowa.
Trump told the audience that he is a tough negotiator, and as an example he compared what he described as Jeb Bush’s lethargic style to his own, more aggressive negotiating methods.
“We want killers,” Trump said, because when negotiating with the Chinese and Japanese, they get to the point and say, “WE WANT DEAL!”
Trump emulated a cartoonish Asian accent, and his supporters laughed and applauded.

Bush出来找Asian作为替罪羊的时候他也call out on Bush。 。。

Trump's manager said nothing about they were not against Asian anchor babies, because they treat all illegal immigrants the same, and that's the way it should be, regardless the race.
Ya! Not only Jeb Bush is stupid, but also a wuss!
美国政客目前确实没有step over the line.
Trump tweet 1:In a clumsy move to get out of his "anchor babies" dilemma, where he signed that he would not use the term and now uses it, he blamed ASIANS
Trump tweet 2: Asians are very offended that JEB said that anchor babies applies to them as a way to be more politically correct to hispanics. A mess!

。。我还看有评论开玩笑说trump and kelly have sexual tension所以要对骂哈哈
Judge Jeanine
还有Hannity? Greta?
the president shouldn't bring out the worst in people.
Greta
Let them out first, and then let them come back in legally

Go ahead.
Trump
Bush出来找Asian作为替罪羊的时候他也call out on Bush。
Indeed...
Me love you long time。
再说了,me love you long time,那是vietnam吧
