2. Chicago的警察接到domestic violence的电话，一个有mental illness的男孩的爸爸打的，说他儿子挥舞棒球棒要打人，警察来了，是邻居一个55岁的黑人女的开的门，这个时候那个精神病男孩挥舞着棒球棒冲警察打来，结果警察开枪把男孩和女邻居一起打死了。这也太用力过猛了吧，明明知道有精神病，想点别的招数不行啊，就知道开枪，杀，还误杀女邻居，这警察脑袋的回路只有一条。现在Chicago都要求市长辞职呢。警察还振振有词，说类似棒球棒小刀这样的家伙都认为对警察有生命危险，所以都可以开枪。这也太一刀切了。

今天看了第一个,检察官宣布对警察免于起诉。我倒觉得这个是对的,那个孩子人高马大根本看不出12岁,那个枪跟真枪比较也看不出是假的,美国警察在对方持有凶器认为威胁到自身安全的情况下有权利运用deadly force,而一旦开枪是不对后果负责的。没办法,这是个允许持枪的国家,警察必须有权利这样做,否则谁敢当警察?
第二个案例不很清楚。不过这些事情都发生在黑人族群也说明一定问题。
我觉得可以远点喊话，就像好多barricade的情景一样，不用凑那么近，自找“威胁”，老远的先问问话再说，上来不分青红皂白的，人家在playground玩，又没招谁惹谁的，是警察自己非凑上前去的。而且，还真有小孩，5，6岁的，拿了家里的真枪出来玩，这属于家长的责任，这样的情况连小孩也要枪杀？
5,6岁的不可能允许单独出来玩吧?好像12岁也需要有成人陪同的吧
关键那个男孩根本看不出才12岁,人看起来很高大,像个成人,而且当时有人举报有人持枪企图行凶
那怎么处理的?
那个仿真枪,都有一个橙色警示标识不允许去掉,并且标明如果去掉会引起误会带来危险,但他把这个去掉了,并且当时有人曾劝阻他不要这样玩法很危险,他不听。
我觉得这个不是说你玩这枪应该被打死,只能说如果出现这种情况,警察是免责的,这种事情开不得玩笑。我认为正经家庭都会跟孩子强调这些事情的,有些事绝对不能尝试。

我是觉得以后类似的案例，警察在开枪之前，就没有别的可以撂倒对方的方法了么，所以我觉得policy需要重新研究，看看有没有可以修改，减少innocent的群众被杀的机会，黑的，白的，棕的，黄的，绿的，都算上
我觉得改政策这个事情在美国允许个人持枪的情况下很难改,警察必须先保证自身安全。这事在美国争论了很多年,包括是不是开枪打别的不致命部位,最后都证明是不可行的。
我觉得现在的尺度是偏向警察的，如果把这个尺子歪一歪，估计可以减少这种例子，但同时警察伤亡可能会增加。
就和现在的刑法是疑罪从无一样，肯定有罪犯逃脱，但同时也尽可能避免无辜人冤屈。没有万全的黄金分割点，是个概率分布，有一定可能出错。
但是现在只要打死个黑人就大脑特闹，不管有理没理，其他情况一概忽视。去年警察也死了100多，黑人闹来闹去拼命找有点争议的都数的出来。
私下问了几个人都挺反感BLM的，包括一个偏左的，觉得他们太过了
人家在玩雪球，没有任何迹象警察试图进行任何沟通，现在连警察局的头都说可能当时那个小孩是举起枪让警察看不是真的或者是想交给警察，但是警察都没给任何机会解释，太太太草率了，那俩傻X那么早冲上去干嘛，如果是真枪，这俩人就是找死，如果是假枪，这俩人就是鲁莽行事，总之，警察需要通过这件事重新审视自己的行为
