Donald Trump has won a vast majority of the unbound delegate count in the state of Pennsylvania, according to an ABC News analysis. Of the 54 available free-agent delegates in the state, 39 of them told ABC News they will support Trump on the first ballot of the Republican convention.
Donald Trump said today that American citizens and their safety will be the main priority when it comes to his foreign policy decisions.
"America first will be the major and overriding theme" of his foreign policy should he become president, Trump said at a speech in Washington D.C. today.
"It's time to shake the rust off of America's foreign policy," Trump said.
He said that his policy will be "one that replaces randomness with purpose."
Trump criticized both President Obama and Hillary Clinton's work as Secretary of State, saying that both had different roles in helping ISIS grow.
"If president Obama's goal was to weaken America, he could not have done a better job," Trump said of Obama.
He went on to blast Clinton's work in the wake of the the attack on the American embassy in Benghazi, Libya.
He touched on a wide rage of subjects, including deals that he hopes to make with Russia and China.
"If we can't make a deal under my administration, a deal that's great, not good, great for America, but also good for Russia, then we will quickly walk from the table. It's as simple as that," he said.
Trump said that he would be open to using American force -- and soldiers -- when necessary.
"I will not hesitate to deploy military force when there is no alternative. But if America fights, it must only fight to win. I will never send our finest into battle unless necessary, and I mean absolutely necessary, and will only do so if we have a plan for victory with a capital 'V,'" he said.
Trump boasted that he is the only presidential candidate to understand the impact of the United State's manufacturing trade deficit, he said.
"I am the only person running for the presidency who understands this and this is a serious problem. I am the only one, believe me, I know them all, I am the only one that knows how to fix it," he said.

To say that Indiana is similar to Wisconsin is a disservice to both states. Demographically they may be similar, but psychologically and emotionally the big GOP doughnut counties around Indianapolis and the WOW counties around Milwaukee are as different as Mars and Venus. Wisconsin farmers and Indiana farmers are as different as ice cream and soy milk. Bobby Knight is backing Trump. That says a lot about Indiana. Trump committed gaffs in Indiana, including criticizing Governor Scott Walker. Nobody important in Wisconsin endorsed Trump. The NeverTrumps will be sorely disappointed by Indiana's vote.

Judging by how well Trump did today in the PA counties that are demographically similar to Indiana, it looks like Cruz will face a bitter defeat in Indiana. Then his billionaire backers may abandon him.
