For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful. I am proud to be a Christian and as President I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our current President. No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man’s religion or faith. They are using the Pope as a pawn and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing so, especially when so many lives are involved and when illegal immigration is so rampant.

Cruz会把打官司的那些幕后工作分给下属干。他只用时不时在motion上签个名，法庭上露露面，如果真到了上庭的阶段，做些oral argument 的 prep work。如果真打上官司，那每次出庭将都是大新闻。Cruz会利用这个机会给自己揽免费的宣传。
再此之前Trump一直是最擅长揽免费宣传的选手。如果他上诉，那他等于白送给Cruz一个好礼物。Cruz是个疯子，但是他绝对是很牛的律师。上庭打官司对他来说是如鱼入水的事。
就是因为不是什么事，所以才不会浪费Cruz太多的精力。

如果Trump一开始竞选就上诉，那上诉本身没什么问题。现在的情况是，Trump挑战，Cruz接战，如果不真打下去的话那Trump就很丢脸。如果真打下去的话又会不断的给Cruz提供press coverage。
