其实每个账户里都没多少钱,所以这几个账户都得贡献,穷人没办法
五万块还可以从信用卡借,很多信用卡有0 rate,算上fee, 也就3%, 比10% penalty划算多了。当然前提是你一两年能还上。

不过我的情况是debt不能增加,要不然mortgage贷不出来。想做401k loan是因为它不算debt。超过5万的部分还是得从退休账户取钱,这就变成了应该先从401k取还是从Roth取的优先问题。Roth本金没有penalty,所以应该优先这个吧?
好处是借自己的钱,还的也是自己。
