不确定的mm你们能不能先不要把包退给lz。我知道你们急于降低自己的经济损失。但是如果那真是假包，你们等于把证据送给罪犯去毁灭。如果你们留着证据，lz真的被告了输了官司，你们不但能拿回经济损失还能得到赔偿，不会亏的。如果包本来就是真的，那你们留着本来也不会有损失。所以无论包真假你们都应该先留着。sunflowerz 发表于 2014-02-11 00:42 AM

re 这事得有跟进，不然过一阵子大家淡忘了，lz的bank statement也没贴，骗子就这么没有受到任何惩罚，过一阵子人家卷土重来呢？

我一直在等着。。。可是真的还没有mm联系我说我卖给她的是假包阿（只有一个mm不确定我退给她了），如果有疑虑我是愿意refund或者whatever you think is proper

逼急了把骗子吓跑了， 也拿不回来了。
现在骗子主动站出来说私下联系退， 当然都私了了， 这点她真的很聪明， 私下了结了就不方便立案了。
所以目前看起来除非有人事后举证， 这卖假的时候， 八成是去不了警局的。 不过给JPMorgan 的HR写信估计应该可以。
要托个人找到他们部门的上司也不是不可能， 估计明天打个他们部门电话就是找她直属经理， 肯定能找到人的。
还嘴硬呢，就认定了你能忽悠收买所有苦主吗

我前面木有爬完楼， 可以参考他们怎么找到她的， 而且晒出来的receipt上有她以前的地址和名字， 这就证明华人上的amber 是她。
ebay 的好办， account link to paypal 。 跑不掉的。 以举报 counterfeit 为名， 打给customer service， 不买账就找level 2 manager， 很快就解决了。

你爬过楼吗？现在可能确实没有受害人站出来，因为这个买家可能已经要了退款。但是这楼里种种证据都能证明她卖假包，至少ebay的帐号是实打实的，就算不能立案，现在给HR写信的证据是足够的
那留言这样的 “FAKE item. Seller insisted bag was real and it was a terrible fake. Beware.”素不素受害人？楼主素不素已构成犯罪？
ebay是link to paypal 所以ebay也就只有扣扣钱的权限 查人名地址银行账户也得执法机关介入? 会"很快解决了"么
