Again, this has worked for me but it may not suit your health requirement and lifestyle. coffee, tea even miso soup should be ok but don't over do it. Repeated doses on caffeine might elevate your cortisol level and result in unwanted result in some.

我心理上觉得fast一天更难哎。以前从未IF过,所以没啥经验可谈。目前也只IF了几天而已,体会就是睡得更多了,不到10点就困的恨不得在马桶上睡着(我以前失眠很严重的,而且我最近压力很大);别人说饿了喝咖啡我喝了更饿,大约是因为咖啡脱水吧;饿和渴确实容易混淆,我饿了狂闷一杯水就好了,所以其实也没什么痛苦的;吃饭时间,吃的和平时差不多,我特意加了整个牛油果,举铁日再加香蕉和蛋白粉,总是怕吃不够但也没有binge的欲望;还有,我以前早饭吃的很早,快中午的时候有低血糖现象,现在还没出现,不知道pms会是什么情况;然后就是瘦了一咪咪,肚子下去了川字总算又出现了,但我觉得是因为肚子里的东西少了而已。。。哦,fast最后练,还是有力气的,嗯!

谢谢mm的share!!!非常励志啊!!! 所以基本上就是每周两到三天什么都不吃,然后剩下的天数正常吃对吧?哪天不吃有啥讲究没有?

我10月份的时候做过一个7天的master cleanse diet,基本上就是只喝加了lemon juice的syrup,就是第一二天特别特别困,之后就一切如常了。我七天完了以后倒是一切正常,周期也没有受任何影响。我觉得对我的便秘好像有一点点帮助。5天一共瘦了5,6斤吧,但是现在慢慢的涨回来至少3斤了。:(

因为我运动加举铁加clean eat一段时间了。。。体重太稳不动。。。所以最近在考虑是不是做得不对。。。当然首先obvious的就是我没有做大量有氧。。。但主要是像我说的,我不喜欢慢慢跑一个小时,宁肯变速跑十五分钟,或者铁片穿插跑步,burpees,跳绳,box jumps这些来搞心肺。。。按照时间和强度,我感觉应该比慢跑消耗的更多,因为运动完也会继续burn。。。但也很可能计算有误。。

同纠结中。。。我也是吃了死心秤砣似的。 而且有时候pump完那一两天体重还网上走, 屡创新高, 真闹心啊。

很想找个PT。。像过去那样,但是现在这个gym的PT好几个老头。。。而且上次找了一个,上来就是一排器械挨个做一遍。。。我真的不喜欢机器。。。比较喜欢free weights。。。因为很多时候body weight对我来说就够了。。。哭!!!

运动绝对超过20分钟的。。。而且糖代谢这个问题。。。运动时候把糖耗完了,运动完了也会接着耗脂肪的,不是么。。。反正每天吃多少,出多少,这个绝对数字是有的,只要有defiecency也是一样啊。。。。假设你一次运动一小时,耗了脂肪,接下来吃了饭。。。把糖元补完了,多余的还是变成脂肪存起来了。。。比如说身体里糖有200卡,运动时候只消耗了150卡,所以没消耗脂肪,然后吃饭吃了100卡,那你运动完吃完饭糖元还是得补充回原来的200卡,那不是身体还要找50卡脂肪过来转换么?
这个我觉得对体脂的影响比体重大。 我觉得美人鱼可能跟我差不多的状态。 身体持续在肌肉破坏,修复, 屯水中运转, 所以体重一直不变。。。
绝对跟你不是一个状态。。。我是一直在屯肥肉屯水。。。然后开始运动以后肌肉有增肥肉无减。。。不过我倒不介意水多点。。。总比干巴强。。。
运动绝对超过20分钟的。。。而且糖代谢这个问题。。。运动时候把糖耗完了,运动完了也会接着耗脂肪的,不是么。。。反正每天吃多少,出多少,这个绝对数字是有的,只要有defiecency也是一样啊。。。。假设你一次运动一小时,耗了脂肪,接下来吃了饭。。。把糖元补完了,多余的还是变成脂肪存起来了。。。比如说身体里糖有200卡,运动时候只消耗了150卡,所以没消耗脂肪,然后吃饭吃了100卡,那你运动完吃完饭糖元还是得补充回原来的200卡,那不是身体还要找50卡脂肪过来转换么?
这个东西还真不是白字黑字那么简单, there's more than meets the eye啊。 不过因为看不到摸不着的东西, 还真是不好互相说服。 反正慢慢摸索, 自己多尝试吧。

所以我说要是当初懂得多点可能就比较容易保持住了。。。不过我坚信自己的身体比我还顽固, 非要到她想要的那个体重才消停。

是啊,我也知道这是绝对简化了。。。但是我按照所谓“复杂”的方法算HIIT训练强度,觉得应该比慢跑一小时耗得多呢。。。但是结果反正我也没减。。。。所以。。。。谁有真管用的复杂算法,我很想算个准确的啊。。。你的半桶水估计也比我一碗水强

就是肾上腺素啊。。。一般治病的激素都是吃这个吧。。。。吃这个就是使劲囤肥肉,还会改变肥肉的分布。。。。只有健美的运动员什么的他们会吃androgen/testosterone。。。。我医生一开始就笑说,sorry not the good kind。。。。

没法算精确啊, 因为那些food本身的热量就不准, 都是大概其, 然后咱们用个勺子用个杯量,又去了不少精确度。 然后每个人身体burn的也是大概其, 这么多大概其, 就只能不断实践摸索修正。
