If it's supposed to be one time used code, take care of it in their system. It's so freaking easy to program the system to do so. If they blacklist all the customers cuz of this, it's their lose too.
If you haven't used it yet, I think you can either talk to pampers and get the points back or wait for diapers.com to honer it again once everything is settled. Pampers reimburses diapers.com for each code used if it's used properly.

我觉得是邮件发错了吧?有人东西都收到了也有CANCEL的EMAIL 我的两单 一单到本地了 说CANCEL 一单都到附近城市了 也说CANCEL 都是小单光来来回回的运费成本也不便宜吧

大家淡定,他家现在急疯掉了,紧急处理的,我猜信是群发给他们认为可能中途截住的订单的客户,例如昨天下单的人,他们觉得有些仍在半路上,但因为两天内就送到的policy和订单极多,没有时间挨个track,所以不得已群发了,才有已经收到订单却收到取消订单的信的状况。应该不至于上门讨要,否则就太搞笑了。

刚给他们网站的客服打了电话,花了四十分钟。如果东西已收到,再收到取消订单的邮件,可以ignore取消订单的邮件。作为新客户,10刀off和20%off的code是可以用的。但5刀off的code是一次性的,不能被广泛,多次使用,所以被认定为abuse了。客服说有7000用户现在因此被inactivate了,他们还在调查中,让我耐心等待调查结果。我建议他们提高网站的技术支持水平,如果一次性的code,若多次使用不让通过就行了,而不要让顾客承担一切后果。
