1. Job title: HRD --Corporate (European company) Location: Shanghai Salary range: 500-800k per year for base. The client prefer the candidate who have ability to reorganize the HR structure in China. Responsibilities: Establish a comprehensive HR system with the following pillars Cooperate with MD to build the team, create and build the company culture; deal with the relationship with the staff; analyze and reduce turnover rate; improve levels of staff satisfaction, employee relations and retention. As the HR Consultant and Business Partner, work closely with MD and line managers, provide professional HR suggestions. Manage and enhance employee / Company relationships; handle complaints, settle disputes; resolve grievances and conflicts. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with local legislation and market practice. 2. Job title: Training manager--Leadership program (European company) Location: Shanghai Salary range: 300-350k per year for base. The client prefer the candidate who have strong ability in leadership program design and delivery. Support the execution of HR policy/guidelines, recruiting strategies, compensation and- benefit plans, Commitment, employee survey etc. to enhance employee engagement, drive efficiencies and create employee value for the- corporate team.- Work closely with HR Director and corporate HR- team to support talent development, employee engagement, communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement for the corporate office. Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our values and enthusiasm. Work with HR Director to support and follow up Leadership development program implementation for corporate Leaders. Support HR Director in driving and implementing regional and global HR initiatives, and any other projects, as required.
3. Job title: Learning and development manager Location: Shanghai Salary range: 400-550k per year for base. Responsibilities: Develop various learning & development initiatives for our people across China, including senior level leadership programme, coaching, business skills training and assessment/development centres to enhance organizational capabilities Execute the training strategy and monitor progress to ensure added values to the individual participants Manage and liaise with external vendors and institutes to facilitate achievement of individual learning objectives Conduct research and advise the business on the latest trends in talent development tools to develop and retain our people
4. Job title: HRBR--Corporate Location: Shanghai Salary range: 300-500k per year for base. The client prefer the candidate who worked for famous company before. Responsibilities: Support the execution of HR policy/guidelines, recruiting strategies, compensation and benefit plans, Commitment, employee survey etc. to enhance employee engagement, drive efficiencies and create employee value for the corporate team.
