I called the custom service,the kindly told me this email address and give me a reference number whitch is 120211-0041175. the story is,i went to the A&F store 10409,according to the receipt,in international plaza,the address is 2223 N.westshore Bld ste 284,tampa,FL 33607.i gave the cashier 6 items to return,BTW nothing wrong with the product,just i bought too much. the process didn't go well and took quite a while because the cashier seems like not familiar with the procedure.Then she turn to another girl.eventually the give me money back.BUT only for 4 of them.remember i gave them 6 items.The cashier told me so far we give you everything. i was surprised,i said i gave you 6 items totally,how about the other 2? one is navy,one is white.they were like you only gave me 4,how should i return 6 for you! OH NO,i am pretty sure it's 6 instead of 4.at that time there were only 4 items on the desk.i insist they check whether they put them back to the store. they did even though unhappyly and unwillingly.about 2 minutes late the girl came back to me,said they couldn't find nothing in the fitting room where they put the return item . i doubted because i myself knew that another 2 must be in somewhere in this store. i asked and went to check the fitting room with them. I find 1 navy long sleeve right laying on the shelf.and i checked the tag and number,it's one of the 2 "missing" item.The cashier said no words. i couldn't find the other one,who knows where they put it. they refused me to Check the front desk ,which is understandable. i asked the girl to return this one,She said you didn't give me the other one.I was so mad.They still suspicious me!Ok,at the first place She is 100% positive she only got 4,while it turned out to be more than 4.Now she didn't feel sorry at all.instead she want to put me in a bad place! 既然已经发信了,就先看看反应吧。他们主动表示把最后一件的钱退给你当然好,如果只是单纯的道歉,你就应该用强硬的语气回信告诉他们那件衣服的名字型号颜色价格,要求他们退钱。

honestly i was a big fan of Abercombie&fitch,but i had a really bad experience in the abercrombie & fitch store this afternoon(Feb 11th,2012 sunday). I called the custom service,the kindly told me this email address and give me a reference number whitch is 120211-0041175.
the story is,i went to the A&F store 10409,according to the receipt,in international plaza,the address is 2223 N.westshore Bld ste 284,tampa,FL 33607.i gave the cashier 6 items to return,BTW nothing wrong with the product,just i bought too much. the process didn't go well and took quite a while because the cashier seems like not familiar with the procedure.Then she turn to another girl.eventually the give me money back.BUT only for 4 of them.remember i gave them 6 items.The cashier told me so far we give you everything.
i was surprised,i said i gave you 6 items totally,how about the other 2? one is navy,one is white.they were like you only gave me 4,how should i return 6 for you! OH NO,i am pretty sure it's 6 instead of 4.at that time there were only 4 items on the desk.i insist they check whether they put them back to the store.
they did even though unhappyly and unwillingly.about 2 minutes late the girl came back to me,said they couldn't find nothing in the fitting room where they put the return item . i doubted because i myself knew that another 2 must be in somewhere in this store.
i asked and went to check the fitting room with them. I find 1 navy long sleeve right laying on the shelf.and i checked the tag and number,it's one of the 2 "missing" item.The cashier said no words. i couldn't find the other one,who knows where they put it.
they refused me to Check the front desk ,which is understandable.
i asked the girl to return this one,She said you didn't give me the other one.I was so mad.They still suspicious me!Ok,at the first place She is 100% positive she only got 4,while it turned out to be more than 4.Now she didn't feel sorry at all.instead she want to put me in a bad place!
Then she just left me there and continue to take care of the other custom,actually no one say anything ,do anything to me.i went to the manager,what else can i do.The manager walked me to the relative section and tried to find the item.but can you imagine how hard it is to find a cloth from so many? it can be dropped or hided in anywhere easily!
after a while the manager also left,Just ask me to feel free to look for it in the store. after then no one ask anything.seems like they all ingnored me,and pretended nothing happened!
i think you can guess i didn't find the missing one.i tried very hard,not because of the money,just because i want to show everyone the truth. i felt so bad and i left since i didn't want to stay there anymore.i hate to be treated like this.

他家裤子越做越大了。我10年1月打折买的牛仔裤是4号的,去年夏天打折买了4号的裤子通通大了。之前买了2号的也大了。然后我还是不太敢买0号。
下次退东西 要一件一件的递给她们退 别生气了 那些小二都笨笨的 要不她们只能当小二啊
好吧。我想说这个mm真的是太倒霉了,碰到的AF那个mm确实太恶劣。 我在加拿大的时候,每次都是攒一堆去多伦多那边退的。所以,每次我去退都是大包小包的。每个包都分好每个账单。不过他们的破系统最烦的是,扫了那个寄货单,每个退货的都是不能扫描的,要人一个一个去对数字的。 然后我在Hollister都被多退过一次。因为我每次都说,好像看见他少退了一件,都是当时就提的。然后他们就找到对应那个了。但是其实之前他们可能随便点了一个。 然后我一单还退过2次。有一件就是第一次被错退的,其实没退,但是多退了。第二次去,结果人家直接又退了一次。我跟人说了,人家没闹明白。 不过加拿大最大的不好是,我退多单,每次manager都要来刷一次卡。那次在AF就刷了很多次,然后等了有半个多小时。不过我也不包子,看到人聊天了,我就说我这还等着呢,能不能快点。小二哥就解释说是系统还没出来。那俺确实也不能拿他怎样的。然后经理还说你怎么退那么多。我马上抱怨说,你家邮费好贵啊,网上照片很不真实啊,然后人只好说恩,有点有点。
其实以我的经验,他们大部分的衣服都是拆了包装(我是自己身边没有实体店的,所以干脆一次买300刀,一般都是买2个号的,所以有些别的衣服试过号了,知道大了,或者小了,就没拆),然后就钉上那个防盗器。一般都是扔在他们后面那个桶里的。所以mm能在试衣间找到一件我觉得是幸运。另外一件肯定在那个桶里,没让你看得。
不过我在美国这边退了一次,很愉快,小儿直接找到了manager,不必每单都刷卡,而且信用卡也是签名就行,所以那天我退了300多刀的衣服,只花了几分钟。不过我是看着他每件每件退的。有一次他就是把两条一样的短裤一起往边上扔,我就跟他说了。态度还不错的。
