Well, if you need practice...you can call Kate Spade for me and yell at them for canceling my order a few weeks ago. Those douches had the galls to give me the "we canceled your order because of brand protection" bs (I've ordered ONCE ever from their online store). My blood is boiling from anger...still trying to calm down enough to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.
xx is typically much nicer, I use my 12-year old voice when I speak with the agents peppered with lots of yes, please, thank you ma'am's and they buy it.

yes, yes I did. There is a special place in he*# for people who blackball other people for no real reason. I am fairly sure they are systemically racial profiling their customers...I don't see anyone with anglo-saxon last names that got the crappy treatment. UGH, just thinking about it makes me so angry.

为神马每次颜色都变得好奇怪，实物颜色比较接近领子那里的颜色。
另外还顺了一件theory的风衣，这个质量杠杠地！面料很挺，剪裁也很有型。

我开始自己做东西以来, 经常逛布店啥的, 对材料价格有了点了解, 发现成衣真是暴利啊...
tb的实物不错，从照片看好像和正品差不太多的样子。theory风衣的扣子真是大呀！不过颜色很美的说。
是呢，我拿到实物也被震撼了一把。不知质量真的没得说。我LG都说好。主要价格才350人刀。不过他家的size是不是小啊，4号穿着也不宽松呢。

我都没摸过红色BLVD正品，跟店里黑灰色的比较了一下，没有那么厚，细节也差一点，比如最后一粒扣子没有反面的小扣子固定。但是还能接受的。
