其实必要时cry it out或是直接忽略娃儿也管用。。 我的经验是娃儿今晚哭的很惨，明晚就不会哭了，爸妈一定要hold住，然后就越来越好。我觉得半夜起来哭的还好train，让他/她哭哭就完了 要是半夜起来玩两个小时的我真的没辙了。ms我家女婿也这样，卡卡就坐旁边不声不响的陪着他，等他玩累了嚎两声也就睡过去了。

Good idea about the wagon. I always thought before it was more for parents to push it. But it is definitely a better walker fo the kid too! The Vtech walker I bought for Mantou is too light too. It tips over all the time.

He tosses around a lot at night. Initially I left him in his crib alone. He would get stuck and then wake up to cry or scream. After that we removed the bar on the front side of his crib and pushed the mattress next to his. He still wakes up quite often at night, usually twice or three times. Then he will crawl or roll to me, till he can rest his head on my arm, my face or my tummy. He doesn't cry or anything, just falls right back to sleep. But it wakes me up. I still need to sit up and move him back.

maybe mantou is just simply not used to sleeping bag. haohao has been using sleeping bag ever since he's one month. he can roll in it fine, but of course haohao is too lazy to roll much at night.

I feel very upset the first couple days cause I am so used to sleep with Wanzi. But after 1 week, I really don't wanna go back to cosleep. Sleep separately give me and ZT a lot of time to watch TV

娃现在都要走了，我家是用他爸的一条帆布腰带系在腋下胸口处，大人从后面拎着走，现在已经不用扶东西了，我们的腰也轻松点
我吹叮当吹得早，那会娃小没这么执着，你要是现在让我吹叮当我觉得我可能头得大了，现在叮当白天一醒就坐起来了，再过会儿就站起来蹦了......还好我吹的早，她晚上无论怎么折腾也是过两分钟就接着呼呼去了....
有反复我觉得很正常，叮当从2月整觉到现在都会时有反复，除了不舒服（极小极小，即使感冒时候她都睡得很好）基本都是些小破事儿，什么被卡在那里转不了身或者做了恶梦之类的，所以我觉得有反复真是很正常.
如果要吹，我可能会坚持，早晚一个屋睡那就早睡早好，孩子看有指望就会闹，没了指望也就踏实了，娃精得很.别觉得8天就能成功，心理上的时间设定得长一些，毕竟娃的习惯是快一年养成的，你想在8天就直接改正确实很难，所以心理准备要做足.安抚有时候有用有时候没用，我原来是叮当只要一哭就抱起拍拍她就睡了，现在她长大了，哭了抱起来拍她也不睡，就想开始跟我玩儿，大半夜的用那小手指东指西指的（汗..），两三次后我就先不理，能睡过去就睡了，经常能睡过去，不能睡叫唤了就抱起来安抚一下，然后不管睡不睡直接放下，她从不闹，自己翻会就睡了，时间很短.....不过叮当她娘再次入睡的时间很长....谁来吹吹她.....55555,哦，不过叮当娘不闹，嘿嘿！！她表现真好！

说得太好太有用了，看来我要再多坚持一阵，坚信娃可以自己睡，还能睡好。前几天晚上我们都是半夜听见哭再过去，这两天zt累了，１１点就过去睡，可能也是原因之一，今天开始还是要分开睡。
我们都羡慕叮当觉睡得好，怎么你不好好利用，痛心啊

没有，这里的target星期三圣诞树才50%，我懒得去了，到Sears网上订了一个，local store pick up，也是50奥夫，价钱和target差不多，貌似树枝和灯都还多一点。。。

小5，我买了这个，放在卧房，有温度和湿度，每天看一眼，就知道房间的湿度，再调节加湿器，在网上查了，据不可靠资料显示，房间湿度45%~ 55% 比较不利于病菌的存活。。。

Mantou consumes about 1 box per week the advanced version. I think Go and Grow contains less formula in each same size box.

麻油，布拉jr太地下党了，怎么这么拧啊
丸子那时候清醒时绝对不吃，但准备nap或晚上睡前是没问题的，所以我们都改成躺着胸喂了。现在胸喂没问题，他又因为上面４颗牙一起出，开始拒绝奶瓶了，我是实在没辙，奶不够，不吃奶瓶只能上勺子
你一定注意，别再堵奶，我奶少得厉害，一晚上不喂也不涨，好在娃马上１１个月，离１岁不远了
呵呵，我家老大就基本没有吃奶瓶，都是勺子喂大的。。。
以前儿子没这个问题，记得很早就换三号了，我还胸喂超过一岁了呢，不过那时用的avent的。其实我不是要死要活非要接着胸喂，主要有两个concern，第一她一下每天的两顿胸喂不要了，我身体一下调整不过来，涨的难受，本来原计划是一个月后改称一天一次，然后快一岁时彻底停了。第二个concern就是晚上不胸喂，她无法马上入睡，我除了胸喂不会其他方法帮她入睡，所以这两晚上她折腾死我了

哇，你们男娃妈们真是会凑和啊。我们家女娃娃四个月后就上了三号嘴了。
说起来我们乐乐还吃一次性奶嘴呢，想着什么时候剪个十字。。。现在都是多弄几个洞。。。
最近把丸子放回crib，也自己睡一个房间了，写写这８天的进度，请教小曼、亲家、小５、fayfay等各位有sleep train经验的大牛
第一天８点胸喂后放到床上，不太习惯，站起来哭了两声，放倒后给了奶嘴，拍拍，他烙了会儿饼就顺利睡下了。３点半哭醒，娃爸说断断续续哭了有４０分钟，然后早上７点多醒来。
第２天同样时间上床，没有再站起来哭，很快睡着。半夜醒的时间比昨天晚了２０来分钟，同样７点多起床。
第３天效果最好，只在３点多哼叽两声，没来得及去看就又睡着了，我大喜，以为吹好了。
４－６天又有反复，跟第１、２天状态差不多，只是三四点醒的那次哭得短了，有时给个奶嘴就继续睡，算个整觉。
第７天竟然１１点多就开哭，随说很快安抚好了，但半夜又让娃爸起来两次
第８天更糟糕，睡前就很抗拒crib，放下后站起来好多次，还坐在那里说话。３点半醒了之后哭到４点半，娃爸说不间歇的大哭长达２０分种，其实我也听到了，还斗争了好久要不要抱到大床上来。
今天娃爸放话要罢工，我又是个心软的，估计一看哭得厉害了就会投降，但又不想前功尽弃，大家指点一下吧，不是说吹睡觉１个星期就基本稳定了吗？

I am debating on that too. My boss said I can work from home tomorrow. But I really want to go watch The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo.
惨了，嘟嘟幼儿园老师打电话过来，自从幼儿园多了几个小朋友之后，嘟嘟表现的非常fuzzy，已经连续两天在幼儿园不停地哭了。也不好好睡觉了，瞅着在这样下去就算不给退回来，我们自己也得回家了，娃太可怜了啊。 不知道怎么回事，圣诞长假之前还好好的，放假回去之后就变的很fuzzy。幼儿园原来就嘟嘟一个小朋友，上周是两个，嘟嘟表现也挺不错的。这周开始3个小朋友，下周就要6个小朋友了。嘟嘟是最小的。
bless bless 听着比较揪心。。。 不过可能就是有个过程的。。。

别急，我觉得某天娃突然掌握了技巧，很快就会了，大人要重复的引导和帮助。40天前，和一一，昊昊playdate的时候，壮娃还不会爬，也不会自己坐起来，现在，爬，站，坐，扶着栅栏走，扶着沙发走，都OK了，这是前几天倒推自行车的，我给她买的Walker阻力太小，而且重心不稳，不好推，她不喜欢，貌似倒推三轮车还凑合，但是阻力又有点大，不好掌握方向，而且有点碍脚，推得不是很顺

My boss doesn't really care if I work or not tomorrow. I feel guilty leaving Mantou to my parents to watch movie by myself. He is glued to me as soon as I get home. So no chance watching movie at night or over the weekend at all.
BTW, I saw a mom in the exact same outfit with her daughter, around five, in the mall the other day. They were both in Gap sweat shirt, jeans and UGGs. Very simple outfit. The daughter looked very cute, but the mom looked hilarious next to her daughter. They will probably both look normal if they are not walking and holding hands together. I immediatly thought of Wu Hui.
I haven't bought this. But I dragged it to my wish list a long time ago.

You are right. We never swaddled him. We was only swaddled for the first 4 days when we were in the hospital.
We swaddled Wanzi until 4 months

He tosses around a lot at night. Initially I left him in his crib alone. He would get stuck and then wake up to cry or scream. After that we removed the bar on the front side of his crib and pushed the mattress next to his. He still wakes up quite often at night, usually twice or three times. Then he will crawl or roll to me, till he can rest his head on my arm, my face or my tummy.
I feel very upset the first couple days cause I am so used to sleep with Wanzi. But after 1 week, I really don't wanna go back to cosleep. Sleep separately give me and ZT a lot of time to watch TV

说得太好太有用了，看来我要再多坚持一阵，坚信娃可以自己睡，还能睡好。前几天晚上我们都是半夜听见哭再过去，这两天zt累了，１１点就过去睡，可能也是原因之一，今天开始还是要分开睡。

不过国内所谓亲子装实在是不好看，一模一样的，宝宝穿着可爱的，大人穿着就忒幼稚了，我也不喜欢。
呵呵，等我娃会走了大一点了，我一定弄亲子装来奔一下，肯定没国内那么滑稽的

Watch the swedish version. It's on Netflix. I just finish all three movies for this series. I like the first one the most. I think it's better than the us version.
